Buyer beware! They delete comments from social media and online. Inaccurate sizing and they photoshop models. Returned items the day after receiving and because they claim it was on sale (it wasn't), they won't refund my money. Check BBB for reviews. All bad. They operate within loopholes and are sneaky. Will NEVER buy from them again. I have 4 brand new swimsuits I will never be able to wear. Trash company. Avoid at all cost

I was In need of a cute swimsuit. So Friday morning I am up browsing. Came across Jayda, and Sweetie on their page. I click on it and fell in love. My shipping came super fast.And then I saw the had a 2hour flash sale. Baby I jump on it quick. Great quality they email u to show their love and appreciation that. They definitely have a customer in me. Shop with them you will not be disappointed. My vacation is in 1 week, I am go sit the girls down in my swimsuits and cover up

I've ordered from Matte Collection more than once but my last experience with them was horrible! I placed an order with them back in July for two swimsuits. When I received my package, I only had one of the swimsuits. I reached out to them and they apologized and told me that they would mail me my missing item and email me the tracking number. I never heard back so I emailed them requesting the tracking information. I spent over a month having to follow up with them and USPS behind a package that they never sent. Now it's September and I'm just now receiving a package from them but it's the swimsuit that they already sent me. Matte Collection could have been a pretty good company if you never have to deal with the customer service department. Customer service can make or break any company and for that reason is why I would NEVER shop with them and I would not recommend them to anyone. They showed little to no concern about THEIR errors after taking my money.

Matte collection is an amazing brand, their dedication to quality and amazing styles really shows in their pieces. I personally love the bikinis and cover ups. Customer service is amazing. I recommend to all my friends and family.

I'm a 1x and short so I always shoot for a high cut swim suit. I ordered 4 suits and the material is so good. This was my first time wearing a two piece and being comfortable in my skin! The fit is perfect. All suits are true to size.

Does anyone have the contact details for the owner or manager of this company? I ordered a swimsuit, they sent me the wrong one and now will not correct the order, they have supposedly given me a refund, however in my initial email i stated that i wanted the correct swimsuit. Also the refund consisted of the amount - the shipping cost, why should i pay shipping costs for something i didn't receive. I also advised that the refund would not help because i purchased the swimsuit on sale and now it's doubled in price so it doesn't make any sense at all. The message the responded to me with is the exact same message as the first response i received - copy & paste. It's 2022 and companies still think it's okay to do this to people is disgusting. I am so disappointed and heartbroken. I had a photoshoot booked on a trip and wanted the swimsuit i ordered.

They have great prices & sales. I have almost 10 bathing suits from them & I love them! The material is great, they have variety of styles, design and color to choose from, and they ship so fast! You won't be disappointed!

These swimsuits will get you lots of compliments. I haven't felt so confident in a swimsuit in a long time. The fabric was top notch and comfortable and for being so lowcut I still felt secure. Great value!

I ordered 4 swimsuits. I ordered a Large because I went according to their online sizing chart. I am 5'6", and about 150lbs. The tops are for people with small breasts apparently. I am a 34DD, but I am between a size 10 and size 12.
All the bottoms look like they would fit fine, but the tops look like they are for people in a B cup. You can see the difference in sizing with my pictures of my bra, and the Matte swimwear top. Big difference. When I created an account, I was offered a 20% off coupon. As I was shopping, a "flash sale" was offered, so I opted to shop the sale instead. BIG mistake. Anything you buy on the flash sale for $16 is non-refundable. Now I'm stuck with $80 worth of swimsuit bottoms and tops that don't fit. Lesson learned. No more shopping at these popup sites.
