Matte Collection

I purchased the Achilles Sheer Cover Up - Multi Black and it is a great coverup. The fabric is sheer and lightweight but still thick enough to provide some coverage. The colors look great. This is one of several items I have purchased from Matte and they have all been good quality.

I previously purchased a size L swim from Matte before and according to their size chart. The L was too big so I figured going a size down should do the trick, but when I pulled this swim from the bag I could already tell it was way too small, and not just too small for me, but in general. It looked like a XS at best when it was ordered as a M. I tried it on and the torso was so so short. The underwire for the boob was sitting on my rib and of course the swim overall was too tight. This coupled with the strict return policy will have me never shop here again.

I ordered the Dillion mesh cover up in pink/multi & even love it more when I wore it than when I saw it online. I was out of stock but was notified immediately when was available which was a short wait. And the company responded back quickly and I will definitely order more products and tell others. Definitely a satisfied customer here!

I made an order Feb 7th, we r now March 2nd. No tracking info, when I email they can't give me any info on what's going on but that they are so busy. I paid for the rush shipping for nothing. So disappointing.

I ordered a bathing suit to wear on my vacation. I received the bathing suit and it did not fit. I returned it and received confirmation that the return was received on 10/2/20. My return wasn't processed in the system until 10/8/20, which means that I did not have time to order another bathing suit for my vacation. I decided to just order another bathing suit with the credit. I ordered another bathing suit and they sent me the wrong item. I am done with this company. The bathing suits are nice, but they don't look anything like the picture.

These swimsuits fit amazing! Even for petite girls. I love all their fits. They are usually your exact size. They feel great and quality vibrant colors!

Matte collection beachwear is priced to sell quickly. With extreme discounts and discounts on top of that, you can get surprisingly good quality pieces for a ridiculously low price. Most of the swimwear is adjustable; however, some pictures do not show the bottoms well, so it's hard to determine if you like the style, but I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered.

Speaking of delivery. My package was stolen the first time that I was shipped. I can't blame anybody for that as it happens and the customer service answered very quickly when I told them about what happened.

One of the items was sold out in my size, and I was able to get another one from a new collection that was priced higher at no extra cost.

The problem was that when they resent my package, they only sent one item in there. When contacted, they sent the rest of the items, and all of them are in my possession now.

So long story short, you are getting a very good product at a low price. Some people mentioned that nobody answered, which was not my experience at all, but the customer service was a little bit compromised because the second package did not have all the contents. And completely honest, if I paid a full price or a high price for the products, I would be very upset that there have been some bumps along the way, but as long as you stay nice they will take care of you.

I'm 5'4 145 lbs. I've been very shy about wearing bathing suits and was often challenged with finding suits that were stylish but affordable. I saw an advertisement for Matte Collection while browsing through instagram and was impressed with the styles and affordable pricing. I was able to purchase items that were a bit out of my comfort zone and was able to be more confident with my body. I was impressed by the quality of their items. I have referred everyone I know to Matte! I love that they offer styles in every shape and size. My favorite items are their covers ups and oversized hats. They also have different style prints, solids, one pieces, two pieces, long sleeve, etc. Therefore, they have a great variety to chose from and their collection is well put together. I really like that they are always offering sales! They also have an app for customers who receive notifications of sales. Their customer service department is a joy to work with. Anything there is an issue, I always receive a timely email response and the matter is resolved right away. I have purchased about 20 items from their store and this is my go to shop for all swimwear.

I purchase the Casey short set. I had received items that wasn't on the picture and items received was misleading. No where did it state the bikini wasn't included. If I had known I wouldn't had purchased. I was a loyal customer but won't be returning.

Only order If you are 100% sure of your order because you can't exchange it! I am very disappointed as all I wanted was to changed the size and they won't even allow that. Horrible customer service

Second time writing a review since the first one was asked through email to be automatically posted to their direct website which unfortunately was taken down by the company because they only believe in posting their "5 star" reviews. I bought the 2 piece jogger set in black, with a few others, only wore the black one so far and after a few hours of wearing it just lounging around the house I decide to look between my legs near the crotch area since I felt something weird and it's a bunch of lint balls as if they have been wore before or so. Not sure if it was worn before (since I wished I would've looked before putting them on) but I know when something like that happens so soon it means it is made of VERY cheap quality which is very sad for a company. Especially since they use celebrities to model their brand. Like, I didn't even wear them a few times before this happened. It's sad. Only bought one swim suit from them last year, and it will be my last since I had to experience this. If one thing is cheap quality, everything is. Stick with fashion nova for joggers and swim suits, or even h&m for their joggers… hell!

I ordered a few items from the site after receiving my first ever item! I am constantly on here looking for new items at such a great price! And it is quality stuff! Officially ready for Cancun!

I purchased my items on Tuesday early afternoon, 24 later I sent two emails no response, I sent a DM in the evening advising that I have not received a tracking number and matte rep advise the items was purchased yesterday and we ship within 24 hours, I advise that we are speaking 24 hours later and no update on shipment, matte rep stated the package is not ready and she will try to get it ready in order to ship on Thursday. Mind you I pay extra for a two days delivery because I was going out of town and if they would of really shipped it within 24 hours I would have received it but there shipping is actually 48 hours and the tracking on the delivery still states the package is still in Atlanta. I will be requesting a refund once received and NEVER ordering from them again. HORRIBLE!

When I first purchased a couple of swimsuits and cover ups from the Matte Collection, I was a little bit nervous because I have never heard of them other than pop up ads nor have I seen the quality of their product. Once I received my order, I was not only happy it was delivered early, but more than satisfied with the quality of the material and the fit of the swimsuits and cover ups.
