I came to the site because I'd been out of touch with web activities for a long time, and needed a crash course in Twitter and iPhone apps and microblogging and all those things that everyone but me seemed to know everything about. It answered many of my information needs almost immediately and I've been returning to it ever since. One of the top sources for the would-be-web-savvy.
PLEASE DO NOT make the same mistake I did. I ordered from them. 2 days after I
Received the items, I decided that they didn't work well where I had intended to use
Them. I sent them an email to start a refund. Less than a minute, I received a reply telling me that my order is past the 14 days. So they counted the day I ordered but the item was not shipped to me until a week later. So now I am stuck with 2 floor lamps that I have no use. I will NOT order anything from them again.
Mashable is the most entertaining place to get gadget, technology and social media news. The new site layout is incredible and surprisingly easy to navigate despite the massive amount of content which they produce.
Very helpful tool for professionals involved in the technology industry and social media marketing to learn all about the most recent updates in all communities and gadgets. Also great for geeks like me!
Ordered a pair of Sinji Tracker Devices as a gift. The expected delivery date passed and I contacted Mashable for help. They tried unsuccessfully for three days to contact the vendor. I asked for a refund and have not heard back from Mashable! What a RIP off.
While we realize Mashable sells some products that they get a good deal on or maybe a closeout, ours was not. In fact we could have gotten our product on a few different websites but did not. Our product, an Antop Antenna, did not work for us in our area. They wanted to send us another one. Another one won't help, as it does not work in our area as I stated in the email. Oh, I forget to tell you, they have no number to call, as they hide behind email for communication purposes. If in fact there is a number we could not find it. Now we are stuck with a product we can't use.
If I had to put it all into one sentence, I'd say, cluster$#*! of idiots mashing words together. I don't like this site either. $#*! confining me to one sentence and $#*! giving me a minimum character count for a review. $#*! off and $#*! you. Thanks.
You have been warned, do not visit this website, you will get infected with crypto and ransomware - the russian intelligence uses this website as their source of operations.
This is Fake News website.
29 days (completely true) after receiving a pair of Axum Earbuds, they stopped pairing with each other. Contacted the company and tried their solutions without effect. Emailed mashables and received a response with smiling emoji that their policy is 30 days, so sorry. And no effort to help.
DO NOT BUY a refurbished computer from Mashable. The vendor they use is not ethical. I wish I had read the reviews before buying an iMac 2011 refurbished desktop computer. https://shop.mashable.com/sales/apple-imac-21-5-all-in-one-computer-intel-i3-2100-dual-core-3-1ghz-4gb-250gb-certified-refurbished-grade-a
The list price is dramatically and unreasonably inflated so they can show a "sale" price that is actually slightly above current market value. Though listed as four stars and grade-A, the computer had significant damage to the case. Wifi hardware had been removed so they could try to sell it to you as an upgrade. (iMac 2011 shipped with wifi installed standard.) Mashable will not allow returns on this product. I recommend that you not do business with Mashable.
I ordered 2 items on Dec 8 as gifts. One I got. The other just shipped on Jan 2... no emails no nothing... just a bill.
However the Saberlight Plasma Lighter was a hit! Wish I could like the site as well
Not only do the things they advertise either not work, or not come as advertised, but it takes two to three WEEKS for them to answer a customer service query, in which time, OF COURSE the warranty runs out.
They're not rude; they're over the top perky when they tell you that you've just been screwed.
OMG, what a major SCAM!
Wish I could leave 0 stars, because leaving one suggest I have had a 20% positive experience. I have not.
Crappy news, Full of Fake news.
There are much better websites....
Total Waste of time.
They could do better they are focusing on fake news to attract the Muslim Brotherhood and ISIS.
From time to time, the site hosts Malware.
My 11" MacBook Air arrived in 3 business days as promised. It is in super condition and I am typing on it now. Mashable sold me a refurbished MacBook Air this is as described at a good price.
Fake Stories, Too Much Incorrect and Biased Information, Senior Management that cannot be reached, Editors that some of them are Fleeing Traitors.
Ah, and they hate women (at least from my experience working there for 2 years).
Do not buy anything from this website. It has a no return policy even if the product doesn't work... this definitely violates consumers' right. I can't believe how poorly it treats its customers.
NEVER order anything from this site- it is a scam. They write fake articles on there products that are untrue- very unprofessional site. I purchased 2 $30 Saberlight lighters that both stopped working within 1 month of purchase & this company refused to refund anything. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY!
"ONLINE MEDIA GOD": 400+ Tools for Photographers, Videobloggers, Podcasters & Musicians - Just as the title reads. It's allowed me to accomplish quite a bit for my colleagues (when im in a pinch and not at my recording studio), and in the near future will do so much more for myself as well.

This site is honestly for idiots, with it stupid reports that either fake or picked up from a garbage can.
Other than the fact the website filled with malware.
Mashable is a Garbage, a Big Truck full of Nasty things, they will do everything to improve their ratings including causing innocents blood to spill, Mashable is Monster and a Disgrace for the Human Kind.
When the CEO of Mashable will realize that blood spilling has price, maybe that will help him, otherwise, he might find himself in unpleasant situation.
So Sadly, Mashable is more Like Garbagle.
Answer: I've been sitting in a lawn chair because I'm on disability and couldn't afford a couch. I thought I was getting a good deal to purchase one Now I am still without a couch I'm also out of my money. How do I get my funds back?
