This place should be shut down

No customer service # other than the charge on my credit card and no one answers

Item was defective and I want it replaced

They won't do it.

Complained to cc and will continue to do so

“These kinds of sites are not worthy”

I ordered 2 items on Dec 8 as gifts. One I got. The other just shipped on Jan 2... no emails no nothing... just a bill.

However the Saberlight Plasma Lighter was a hit! Wish I could like the site as well
