This company is a complete scam! I ordered a product 3 weeks ago and it hasn't moved from its country of origin. I inquired with customer service and they just deferred blame to someone else, claiming they are aren't responsible for shipping the products and won't take any responsibility for getting my product. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! All they will do is take your money and not send you what you ordered.

Bought an Excel training from Mashable Shop. Never got the link to the material, even after numerous emails. Looks like a scam to me. I reported them to my bank and got the money back.

Do run away from these scammers!
They will make up reasons why you can not get a refund on your purchase, and they will not respond you. Mashable only wants yoir credit card numbers.

The number 1 spot for Social Media updates and news. You shouldn't go to just one place but this should be on your favorites. Love this site to peices.

Bad product, bad customer service.

I asked for a refund 10x with proof that the product did not work as advertised.

They didn't want to issue a refund.

I waited weeks for a thermometer, $80, it arrived, doesn't work, and seems cheaper than a childs toy.
Never buying again from this site.

Mashable takes too long to load, it causes both my Firefox and Google Chrome too crash and Adobe Flash doesn't seem to like the website, either as that crashed several times when on the site.
