I've been using this company for years and today I left my cell phone in the Lyft and tried to get ahold of someone to find it, I got one email and that's it, nothing from the driver, nothing, horrible company and even worse customer service, they don't care about you all they care about is taking your money.

I have been using Lyft for some time now off and on over the years. I have noticed their prices are incredible high but i need them. All of a sudden i am having a lot of rides that the driver says they picked me up and dropped me off but i am was never picked up to be dropped off. There is no customer service # and on the app it tells me i am not eligible for a refund. What a joke iam done

Lyft is a great. The drivers are friendly, the rates are great and the support team is awesome. Although it's my responsible for making sure I have all of my things when I exit the vehicle, on several occasions I have left things in the car and my Lyft driver always returns them to me. As we know, technology can be flakey, but when there are occasional gps or app issues, the drivers confidently work around those. Yea, there is an authorization hols on your cc, but Lyft let's you know that upfront. Promo codes usually work well as long as they aren't expired. I love Lyfts love of community. Great job guys.
They stoled $383 from me for a ride i never took. They don't even have a number to call for customer care, only an emergency number for drivers! Does anyone know if these guys have a number to call? I need to contact management ASAP!
I requested a ride from Howell NJ to Jackson NJ at 12:30 am. I was accepted by Anthony in Freehold NJ. After accepting me he called me up and said to camcel him because it was worth his time taking me. Each time I requested a ride he accepted and then told me to cancel, this went on for sn hour. He said he accepts sll requests to build his rating. Complaints to Lyft were ignored. If you cancel too many times you get charged if the the driver says picked up I get billed and still get stuck. Use any one else The driver was Anthony phone number *******230. Dont use this driver.
My friend called a Lyft for me last night (November 16th at 3:35am) for me to be brought to Pearson Airport. The driver seemed to be friendly but during the ride, he was being overly friendly and curious towards me, he started asking me all these personal questions and when we arrived he started asking me if he could come visit me one time or get to know me better and he asked for my number too. I was too anxious to refuse because I was scared he might do something to me so I gave him a fake number just so I could get away faster. He then began hugging me more than once and saying how beautiful he thought I was. This is not what I expected to happen from Lyft, and I am very disappointed in this service. Fortunately, the driver did no physical harm me, but looking at the situation I was in, anything could have easily happened and my safety was most certainly in danger since not only was it very late at night and nobody was around, but also the driver's behavior was unacceptable.

This company gets a poor rating in every level. Bad drivers, Thief drivers and company! Ordered a lyft and got a text that the driver would be there in a minute. If i was not outside in a minute it would leave and charge me. Literally gives no chance to get to find the car in a busy area. They dont call you, nothing. Just drive away.
Second and most important, i left a phone in the car and as soon as i realized it i call the number and the phone was switched off. I contacted customer service and it took them 3 days to get back to me because they said they driver had not responded! This was unacceptable. And of course, the driver finally gets back and says he knows nothing. I was able to pin the phone to an address and they refuse to backtrack and see who could have it. Because it probably is the same driver! THIEF!
Lyft customer service woundnt give me any info without a subpoena. Basically encouraging and protecting their theifs.
Horrible experience! I set up a remote pickup of my mother and sister and Lyft sent a driver than COULDN'T SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! My mother is 86! I tried to communicate with him and he just said nothing! After picking up them he got lost and drive around in circles and then made them get out of the car! This was Thanksgiving! I had to call 911 and have the police pick them up and take them home! I complained to Lyft and they didn't even credit me the full amount they charged me! They just send me canned I'm sorry emails. This is a horrible company and I will never use them again! They don't care about the rider at all and they don't have a culture of trying to make thinks right like Nordstrom. Beware!
I have used lyft multiple times without issue for rides to work when necessary. Yesterday I scheduled ahead as usual and ended up in the hospital. Wouldn't even mind a cancelation charge but they are saying the driver completed the ride. How is that possible when I have paperwork proving I was in the hospital. It's un real the lengths they go to lie. How can I be in 2 places at once

I bought Lyft cash and tried to request a ride and couldn't get one because lyft doesn't have any drivers so I asked for a refund for my money so I can get to work and Lyft said no. They can't provide me with a ride and they can't get my money back... how stupid
I use to be a driver for lyft. I have a lot of issues with the app. They kept deactivating my account even tho I submitted all the proper documents and met all the requirements. I sent my pictures of my license and a selfie and they would not activate my account. I am a black young woman and have been discriminated against. Lyft is racist! And I have friends who this has also happened too. I am very disappointed in the entire lyft staff. Especially matt in support. God will take care of Lyft:-)
I have worked for Lyft for over two years, Lyft is not a good company to work for, they put bonuses out there for you to hustle for rides and then at the end of the bonus you don't see your money! If you are considering Driving for Lyft DONT. They are keeping your money!
The just kept stringing you along. They have no drivers available but they don't want you to leave the platform so they just say 5 minutes and then after 15 minutes they say 2 more minutes and after 8 minutes you're thinking WTF? I'm done

This is the worst rideshare company in the world they overcharged their customers and underpaid their drivers. And the way they treat their drivers this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The drivers need to go on strike for one month and the company will go bankrupt.
I called Lyft for a ride that was about 1.2 miles from my home. It was accepted and I started watch the route the driver was taking and how long before I would be picked up. I was at my mailbox when he drove up and turned around and left. I continued to watch the app and he got on interstate 24. There was no way to reach Lyft! I was charged $32.00. I sent in a complaint and they refunded me $13.00. I emailed back and explained for the 2nd time I did not not ride with Emran. His route was not even close to mine. His route was 9.78 miles. I had to close out that CC because Lyft refused to speak with me. Be very alert …Now the Lyft icon is showing up on other emails that are in my phone? I don't know what the driver, Lyft or Construction Realty Solutions, LLC have in common but I am determined to find out. This only started when I used the same CC to pay the contractor! Nick Williams is the name of the contractor!

Answer: They randomly out of the blue deactivated my account. This was there explanation. We found your account to be violating our Terms of Service and you will no longer be able to use the Lyft platform. I can honestly I have not violated anything so clearly there is something wrong with there information but the worst thing is they dont even tell you what the problem is. Oh well guess take my business to uber instead.

Now if they really pay the bonus it's totally up to their discretion.in my case they didn't pay. I completed the 60 Rides required in the first 30 days, which was the requirment to qualify for the bonus but they still didn't pay. After a brief email exchange with a lyft employee(they do not give their position or full name) they stopped answering. Now I am filing a complain with BBB and I will let you know where it goes when I have updates.
