I purchased a bag for the first time here and had a great experience. The item looked just like the photos and I love it. Lxrandco provides a dust bag if your handbag doesn't come with one which is a nice touch. It came within 5 business days without issue. Will purchase from them again.

Against my better judgement after reading multiple absolutely horrible reviews online about this company I still decided to purchase a bag during their women's day 25% off sale. After purchasing the bag I was sent an email the next day saying there was a mistake and it was already sold, yet when I go on the website the bag is still there, for the full price before discount. It is obvious my purchase was cancelled because they didn't want to sell it at the sale price. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of even if you call or email during business hours 10-5pm EST. Dont let any good reviews fool you, I would not recommend dealing with this company in any way or purchasing from them. Have learned my lesson and mistake and should have believed the bad reviews that are all over online.
I bought a Louis Bag, the NeoNoe to be exact. I wanted to buy something before the price jump. Lucky enough they had the exact bag I had been wanting. Pictures were excellent. I got the item no longer than a week later and it looked just like the photos. I am excited to be purchasing more as I love the sustainability aspect of it.
Great quality bags. Super pricings and super fast delivery. The best part also is that it allows you to give a second life to items

LXRandCo has been by far the WORST company I have ever tried to have business with! Order a purse Dec. 3, their was a hold on my Credit Card right way! Contact them on Dec 8th cause the status of my purchase had not changed and was wondering what was going on? The answer back saying that my payment was flagged and that they had canceled my order and I would receive a refund in 10 days, I check my credit card same day and seen multiple holds on my card for $1276. 00 from LXRandCo! Later I get an Email with a confirmation of cancellation that I HAD DONE ON MY OWN? Customer service is horrible and doesn't help at all! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The company is horrible. The description online is very bleak. I was fine with the items in the photos, however when the package arrived, one of the wallets I ordered STUNK of cigarette smoke. It seems that they tried to cover it with febreeze? I emailed them and they told me they can send it for ozone treatment ( leather is porous, it'll help the smell but won't eliminate it) or I can febreeze it…. What? It was not listed on the website that the item STUNK of SMOKE. I take my health very seriously and third hand smoke is a thing and I know I can't escape from all carcinogens in my life but I sure would love to avoid them as much as possible and holding a carcinogen bomb in my hands or on me is not ideal. Either way, they didn't list that their item is a health risk. Even on Facebook marketplace or sketchy car dealerships, people have the decency to list the items as smoke damaged thus shows the integrity of this company.
Do not buy.

In the last month, I ordered 2 Gucci bags, one Dior bag and a Hermès scarf. All were in exceptional condition. LXRandCo is the best company I've ever dealt with. Now the ONLY company I will deal with. Their staff is competent, helpful and overall charming. Even with international orders (USA to Canada), they are quick, and their team will answer all your questions.

Photos of the interior were not included in the listing and it claimed the wallet was in excellent condition - it wasn't. The card slots in the wallet are well-used and the item has a musty odour. Furthermore, there are cracks in the material that were also not depicted in the photos or accounted for in the description. I realize it wasn't worth the money as the listing was misleading, in addition to the price being above market to begin with. I returned the item the same day I received it. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again.
