Against my better judgement after reading multiple absolutely horrible reviews online about this company I still decided to purchase a bag during their women's day 25% off sale. After purchasing the bag I was sent an email the next day saying there was a mistake and it was already sold, yet when I go on the website the bag is still there, for the full price before discount. It is obvious my purchase was cancelled because they didn't want to sell it at the sale price. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of even if you call or email during business hours 10-5pm EST. Dont let any good reviews fool you, I would not recommend dealing with this company in any way or purchasing from them. Have learned my lesson and mistake and should have believed the bad reviews that are all over online.
