I recently purchased a LV bag from the store. I advised them in advance that the address was incorrect and tried to provide them with the correct address. I received a response saying that there was nothing they could do and 5 days letter they delivered by bag to a apartment building that I no longer live at but they knew this. They could have prevented this, had they listened to me. I have contacted the BBB regarding this tragedy as far as I am concerned. The bag was a gift for my daughter. I tried reasoning with the company by trying to speak with other leaders, headquarters and or even someone from Corporate to no avail. I asked them to not deliver the package but I was told it already shipped but it had not been delivered until several days later. They could have stopped the delivery. I have purchased items from them before and I have spent lots of money with the company but this was the last straw. I plan to make this problem world known. This should not happen to any other person. I was forced to select a rating and the lowest I could go was 1 star but in reality, this agency gets a big zero. I am trying to submit proof of payment but I have adobe and this thing only accepts png.
If you ever had questions about buying second had this is the site for you. The pictures are accurate. The ratings are realistic.
The customer service department is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I've just started purchasing and I'm hooked.
The purse shows the zipper tab intact & not damaged, in all advertising pictures & descriptions. The zipper tab came completely torn off & tucked into a pocket. I contacted Zulily who represents LXR Co. As the selling agent within the hour about the damaged purse.
I cannot get clarification of a refund if I send it back. Zulily is the selling agent of the purse on their website. I have had no luck with their customers service representatives. Zulily is allowing theft by deception in their promotion, advertising & selling of the Louis Vuitton purse by LXRand Company on their website. They are selling damage goods as good items.
Do not buy from either company, their customers service will not help. I am contacting the Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division in my state.
I would suggest others to do the same.
I had been searching for a makeup bag by Louis Vuitton that would match my vintage keepall for when I go away and travel because I hated using my VS one with it. I found one on lxr and got it 40% off too. The inside is immaculate and it was exactly as described. Now I have the full set.
Delivery was onlt 2 days to me!
I bought a Louis Bag, the NeoNoe to be exact. I wanted to buy something before the price jump. Lucky enough they had the exact bag I had been wanting. Pictures were excellent. I got the item no longer than a week later and it looked just like the photos. I am excited to be purchasing more as I love the sustainability aspect of it.
Photos of the interior were not included in the listing and it claimed the wallet was in excellent condition - it wasn't. The card slots in the wallet are well-used and the item has a musty odour. Furthermore, there are cracks in the material that were also not depicted in the photos or accounted for in the description. I realize it wasn't worth the money as the listing was misleading, in addition to the price being above market to begin with. I returned the item the same day I received it. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again.

Extremely overpriced compared to other consignment sites/stores and seemingly zero desire for customer satisfaction. I purchased two bags and didn't realize there was any exhange policy (7 days) since the associate wrote "final sale" across my receipt. When I reached out after just two weeks had passed hoping I could do something, I was told that the district manager wouldn't allow any exchanges or exceptions. I even stated I wasn't looking for a refund and would gladly accept an exchange instead. They wouldn't budge. For spending over $1,500 and being a first time client, you would think they would have enough decency and business sense to try and do something, but no. I didn't even hear back after my initial contact until I had to send a follow up email several days later. So 1) pricing not competitive with other stores/sites 2) terrible sense of customer satisfaction. $1,500 lesson learned $$
Just bought a Prada bag on Thursday and got it on Monday. It was fast delivery and the bag is such in good shape. Better than I expected. It's a real one. I just wish I had a dust bag coming with it. I definitely recommend to buy from LXRandCo.
I have purchased several LV bags from LXR. The condition of the bags is often better than described. The service and shipping is excellent. I live in Canada and purchased my last bag 4 days before Christmas, it arrived on Christmas Eve! I have also purchased in store and the service is equally as good!
Firstly I was amazed how quickly I recieved the bag! It was less then 48hrs. I have been buying and also selling with them. Communication is always friendly and professional. The bags are just as described.
Ordered 2 items, a tiffany ring & an hermes bracelet. The ring arrived quickly & was lovely. The bracelet... didnt. It was apparently lost by the shipping company. I contacted customer service & was treated very badly, they said it was not their fault, there was nothing they could do & I should contact the shipping company. They refused a refund & refused any sort of apology or attempt to make this right. I am sick over the 200.00 bracelet that has disappeared & the money that i really couldn't afford to spend that has been wasted. A very expensive lesson learned. Please do not waste your money on this dishonest disreputable company. I wish i had researched them before i wasted my money.
