Price increase of Rocky Mountain Soap Company's products beats inflation rate manyfold: 15.78% premium in soap slabs (it used to be $76 and now it's $88) and a reduction in size of body lotion from 270ml to 240ml for the same price of $20. In addition, CBC Marketplace aired an episode on price gouging of pandemic essentials and Rocky Mountain Soap Company's hand sanitizer made it to the list. Customer service has been exceptional for the most part, I enjoy their products very much, and I want to continue supporting this company because of its values. With that said, even with a decent income it's becoming increasingly difficult to afford their products. If anyone has suggestions on similar Canadian products that are affordable, please post them on this site. Thanks.

Photos of the interior were not included in the listing and it claimed the wallet was in excellent condition - it wasn't. The card slots in the wallet are well-used and the item has a musty odour. Furthermore, there are cracks in the material that were also not depicted in the photos or accounted for in the description. I realize it wasn't worth the money as the listing was misleading, in addition to the price being above market to begin with. I returned the item the same day I received it. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again.
