Stephanie in LXRCO customer care is amazing. I purchased a Fendi bag while still away on vacation, and it was so quickly delivered - maybe just a day or two it was delivered after ordering. I didn't expect the quick ship, and our travel home was delayed, so naturally I panicked because the return window is so tight. Stephanie worked with me to accept the bag back AFTER the return period (constant communication with this company pays off), and I just got my refund posted to my bank account. LXRCO is a wonderful company promoting sustainable shopping in the luxury fashion industry, and they work with you on returns! I am shocked by some of the negative reviews - I have extremely high expectations of customer service after working in the industry and I was very impressed by the professionalism Stephanie showed. Thank you thank you! I can't wait to make another purchase when I know I will be home to receive!

Buying second hand can be tricky since items are used. Keep in communication with customer service if you have any concerns - they will work with you!!
