I purchased two Chanel bags within months of each other and one of the bags the handle completely came off. I've called several times the customer service and left numerous messages and no one calls me back. In addition, I sent and email and no one replied. Had I known this company was so unprofessional and definitely not a reliable company I would have never purchased the bags. I'm even wondering if the bags are authentic. I do not suggest buying from them.

I am beyond delighted with my purchase. It brings me such immense joy and satisfaction. I really appreciate how my pre-loved piece is in pristine condition. And, my decision to buy from LXR was affirmed when I learned the company makes donations each month to different charities.

I bought crossbody bag online and I've tried multiple times to get a hold of customer service with no luck. My phone messages haven't been returned or replied to my email. Have gotten no updates on shipment, very concerning.

Not impressed with this company at all. After receiving a Gucci tote that did not match the measurements stated in the description I sent an email to customer support. No response and since the bag was bought as a gift with a short time line I felt that... well that was that. Have now heard from customer support and apparently my email went in their spam folder and it was up to me to keep trying to reach them. No onus on their part. But I was wished to have a nice day by Mariama. This was the second purchase by our family and there will be no further purchases from this Company.

I reluctantly purchased a bag from this site worried about the quality of the item! I was super surprised that the bag was in better condition than I expected! I love my purchase and will definitely buy again!

OMG I could not believe the variety of items and bags and accessories at affordable price, and you have the option to pay in full or in payments, I was so happy when I received my bags, it says it's pre-owned, when i looked at them they seemed to be brand new, you cannot get a better deal somewhere else. Over the course of the past 10 years I have made a several purchases from LXRandCo. The products are well displayed on their website and the descriptions fully document any buyer beware issue. As such, there are no surprises when the item arrives. I am always pleased with my acquisitions. On one particular occasion, I misinterpreted the size of the item. I am thrilled with my acquisition, which arrived in record time. In addition to the great service, they took extra care in preparing the item for shipping so the item would not be negatively impacted during shipping.

I purchased 3 lovely bags from LXRandCO. A Chanel, Celine and a LV. The bags are in good condition but two of the bags: Chanel and Celine have really bad smells; old and musty smells. I am disappointed that the smell is still very strong after a year of purchase.

I popped by for a browse. Immediately welcomed but not hounded by sales associate. She was approachable for questions and lovely to interact with.
The luxury piece is bought is perfect and what I've been looking for over the past couple years. Will be perfect for weekend and overseas trips. Highly recommend

I purchased a bag for the first time here and had a great experience. The item looked just like the photos and I love it. Lxrandco provides a dust bag if your handbag doesn't come with one which is a nice touch. It came within 5 business days without issue. Will purchase from them again.

In the last month, I ordered 2 Gucci bags, one Dior bag and a Hermès scarf. All were in exceptional condition. LXRandCo is the best company I've ever dealt with. Now the ONLY company I will deal with. Their staff is competent, helpful and overall charming. Even with international orders (USA to Canada), they are quick, and their team will answer all your questions.

Quality is always on point. The products come well packaged - gives me the same happiness as buying new! The products have been near new or new. Great quality for monies paid. Best thing? They deliver right to your door! I usually delete emails from vendors but I always open their emails.

Purchased a Chloe Paddington online.
The bag condition received was as pictured. Leather is in great shape, interior is spotless. Lock and key were provided. LXRandCo certifficate received with the purse and shipping was about a week from purchase to delivery.

Buying my first Louis with David was such a fun experience. I originally set out to buy a Burberry that I had had my eye on, but then he showed me a fabulous Louis that was still within my price range. We reviewed the pros and cons of both. He have no pressure as I tried to make my decision, but when I finally chose the Louis I could tell he knew I made the one! He was equally excited for me as I was. My LV Looping bag is in pristine condition. He told me how to care for it, and as we parted I knew that I would see him again for another!

I found them through Instagram. I was hesitant on buying used but based on my great experience, would happily do it again. I bought the LV Tresor wallet and was not happy with my first purchase. I didn't do a thorough enough look of the photos. I was able to return the product with no issues and re-purchased the same wallet in better condition. The photos are a good representation of the product, I recommend viewing on a bigger screen than your phone, so you can view the product better. The items shipped very quickly both times and was well packaged and protected. I am so impressed with the customer service and shipping speed for this company!
