I've purchased a few chandeliers for my home and some of my projects. Luxor is always helpful in finding the prefect lighting designs for my projects. They are my go store for my lighting. I highly recommend them!

I finally took this "online only" business and it's one employee to court. She commented to the court that the BBB and my credit card company sided with her. This shows that she doesn't understand how the legal system works anymore than she understands how to run a business. The BBB doesn't "side" with anyone. It merely hears complaints and my credit card company "SIDED", as she called it, with me. A credit card company just can't force someone to give money back if they refuse, which she did. However, within 10 minutes of the judge hearing my case, I was awarded a judgment for the full amount of the chandelier and the court costs! Maybe now she understands that she owes me my money. I seriously doubt she will give it back, though. She is just that sort of a person.
