It's insane to even give this scamming so called "company" any stars. They are beyond "bad & unacceptable", simply a group of scam artists that should be shut down!

I to ordered from them. They or someone named SAYHEY HONG KONG charged my account. Never received order after 5 emails MODLILY repied keeped asking for order number which I don't have. Then had to send a copy of the bank transaction. Reply order number please.
Anyway I would stay clear of all 3 companys. And by the way it is definitely fasle advertising all American modles and the company is in I'm thinking HONG KONG. They must be laughing by us Americans every time they get a email on whats going on.

They sent 2 of 4 items after 3 1/2 months and both tops were the wrong color and size was too small. Sloppy work and didn't resolve order.
I ordered 2 tops in February 2020. I haven't received the items yet so I sent them an e-mail but got no response. Is this a SCAM?

We ordered 3 items, and 3 days later our money was taken from our account. 2 to 3 weeks later we received 2 items, but the 3rd did not ship. Of the 2 we received, 1 was the wrong color. I contacted them to ask what I needed to do to return the one item free of charge, and have them ship me the correct item. I was told that I would be responsible for all shipping fees. I let them know that I didnt feel that was right since they made the mistake. This continued for a couple of weeks, through 1 email a day from them. They do not have a phone number listed that you can call either. I then reached out to paypal for assistance since I was still being told I had to pay the fees, and that I only had 1 month from the day I received the items to return them. After a couple more messages back and forth they stopped responding to my messages altogether. So I had to escalate this through paypal to try to get my money back. I never received the 3rd item that didnt ship, and I couldn't exchange the incorrect item. Terrible business ethics. Terrible customer service. Order at your own risk.

I knew that the items were going to take long for shipping before I ordered, but I specifically measured and compared with their size chart and ordered accordingly. The items I received (over 3 weeks later) were not even close to matching the dimensions they leave on their site AND I did not receive all of the items I ordered, they forgot to ship one. When I reached out to customer service to get a refund and/or exchange, they tried to convince me to keep the items and when I finally made it clear that I did not want to keep clothing that I spent $100 for and did not fit OR have good quality. They then made me pay over $20 to ship back clothing that they made countless mistakes on. I have been asking for a refund for the clothings and for the return shipping and they refuse and continue to ask me to keep the items and "find use for them". This is the worst experience I have had with online shopping, this company is very irresponsible and has no respect for what they do or for their customers and their happiness. I STILL have not received my refund for the items I paid to ship back to them and it has been almost a month. I feel ripped off and that I have been scammed, they took $100 from me and made me pay to send the clothes back and never issued a refund.
