I have been trying to get a refund. I keep telling them all I want is a refund for the goods I returned but they are being very difficult.

WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!
The clothing that I received (after 2 months of waiting) where NOT the ones that they advertised. They sent me a low quality product (all cheap synthetic fabrics) and the designs where not the ones that I saw in their photos. I put the 4 cheap sweaters in the GARBAGE!
THIS IS A BIG SCAM SO BE CAREFUL!
The clothing that you see in the photos is NOT what you actually get. The quality is the cheapest I have ever seen!
When you order you waited forever for the order to be shipped (out of stock, etc), when you advise to cancel the order they don't follow the instructions. Quality is terrible, material, very cheap. You pay for the return and them wait for 35 days to receive a refund which you dont receive. They come up with all sorts of excuses (system failures, etc) and feed you with tomorrows.
DONT ORDER WITH THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

They send wrong sizes and then won't respond to request for return after months of repeated requests
This company is not to be trusted. I ordered two dresses and two bikinis on the 4th of June, then added on an extra dress to my order, I was told to pay $18 via PayPal send the the transaction ID, which I did. I requested confirmation of them receiving it and when the dress would be sent. They kept emailing me random replies saying that parts of my order were on the way but not mentioning the extra dress or the payment I had made. When I received the original order one dress was sent in the wrong size and both dressed were polyester blends, not cotton as the website had stated. I emailed them and they requested pictures which I sent, they then offered me a $10 voucher instead of sending me the correct size, I said the dress cost me more than that so no. They never replied to that. I received one bikini in the wrong size and a month after I'd ordered. I never received any reply regarding the extra dress I paid for, when they finally acknowledged it they said the transaction ID was wrong and they cant see any payment, so I sent a screen grab of my Paypal receipt and resent ID. They replied again randomly stating that the second bikini had been sent to me... no mention of the dress or acknowledgement of my email. I replied clearly stating that I did receive the bikini and I was obviously not referring that it, pointing back to my previous email. That was 12 days ago and still no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are liars and thieves!

This company is a scam from start to finish. The clothing I purchased arrived 2 months late, had a hole in it, and looked nothing like what I purchased. When I let them know it had holes and wasn't what I ordered, they sent me this bizarre email saying "don't be mad" at us and letting me know it would be too expensive for me to send them back the clothes, so how about a $6 dollar coupon? Why would I want 25% of what I paid back in the form of a coupon? They refused to work with me. Then I got this email from them saying that their system had lost all of their refunds, and it was going to be another 21 days. Fed up, I filed a claim with PayPal. I then started getting these bullying emails saying they couldn't help me if I had a claim with PayPal. I was not about to remove that claim. I got my money from PayPal on one order, but the other order is a loss and I have lost my will to fight. These people are terrible, terrible people who run a terrible business. I don't understand why Facebook is still running their ads, though.
This is a amazing service provider. I m really sattisfied with their lovely service. Their products was awesome and I will happily recommend to anyone.
On 2/4/20, I canceled order #******* within (2) hours of placing the order. They canceled the order, refunded me for (1) item and owe me $56.62 for the balance of the order. All I've received from them for (2) months are promises to refund me the $56.62. I checked with my bank today (4/4/20) and INSTEAD of a refund, they actually Charged me "AGAIN" $56.62 which means they now OWE ME A TOTAL of $113.24. FOR TWO MONTHS I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I can't believe they've used my bank card information to charge me a second time for merchandise that was previously canceled, never shipped and of course never received by me.
Did not arrive on the delivery date and all close are too small, not true to size. Size 2x is a medium. ONLY open 1 product to see quality and size. Will not trust any.

Return policy is horrible and gets worse if u actually try to return. First items won't match pictures, clothing is very thin and sizing is way off. Size down at least two sizes if you want it to fit at all. Just don't order from here they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. After they scam and rip you off by mid representation of items don't think they will help because they won't. They offer you to regift items and give you vouchers to buy from them again! Why would you buy from them again when they lie, cheat and steal? Don't order from here.
I went to Facebook and they have a site with complaints under the clothing ads. I posted a comment but they won't post it because it goes thru someone and they're not going to post what I wrote. Please everyone reading these complaints go to Facebook and anywhere else and post comments of your story. Plus dispute with your credit card companies they will usually back up the customer. I sent in these reviews of complaints with my credit card company to back up how this company is ripping off and misleading customers. Don't just say oh well I guess I'm out $$$ credit card companies that get massive amounts of complaints about certain companies at times help consumers by alerting or denying them. Goodluck!

I am reading the reviews and I can see a lot a people has the same complain: I ordered aYellow Shirt, I received a Pink one. I ordered a White Shirt, I received a blue. Both shirts Size M, the Median Shirts that I received are for a little girl, not to fit a women size.
I purchased two jackets from this company it took over two week to get them but when I receive them they didn't look like the ones I see in the picture so i sent them back on the 16th October 2019 and I still waiting for my refund all they keep saying to me they are still in the transit but you can't track it down properly I think this company is a scam they are quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to fund it I keep sending them emails but don't respond to me I would not recommend them to anyone

This company uses other retailers images and likely has a sweatshop trying to recreate from the image. I order two items. Took over 4 weeks to received and was delivered to the house next door and the owners are snowbirds so I didn't know it was there until well after the 15 days for return policy. Tried to cancel the order when the items didn't show the first week when I expected them. Couldn't get past the not a robot validation. Tried calling and sat on hold for 20 minutes twice only to be disconnected when it was my turn. Contacted my credit card to stop the payment and then suddenly the company sent an email apologising for the delay. They said once the item arrive the US from China they have no power over the delivery. They sent a tracking number that didn't work. But managed to show proof of delivery from DHL so I am out the $50 because I can no longer return the two item that are made from what I am sure are recycled rags. Colors are nothing like the image, fabric is simple gross, itch and pure crap. I wouldn't wash my car with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM LUVYLE - they should be banned and sites should removed them from advertising. I tried to add pictures of the ad and what I received but they won't load.
