ROBBERS!

They keep telling me they will process my refund but no money was sent back! They are robbers and they are stealing people's money.
I am using everything to complaint and to show everybody who they are.

HAVE NOT RECEIVED

I placed and order back in 6-18-2019 received 3 items, ORDERED 6 NOW. Never received the other 2 items I go to check tracking it states YOUR ORDER IS BEING PREPARED here it is 12-5-2019 no response no refund no nothing. I have ordered from many sites, this is the worse night mare. I ordered the 2 dresses for an event in August

I purchased several items in December 2018. When I recieved them they were nothing like the website picture. The fabric was poor quality the size chart they provided was in correct. I returned everything and still have not recieved a refund. I have contacted them several times regarding the status of my refund and they continue to give me the run around. This is my second review of this company as a follow-up. The first thing I have learned is to believe the reviews. I went ahead anyway and ordered, to my dismay. It took over 2 months to receive my total order( came at two different times) The clothes were so poorly made, nothing fit and the fabrics were so cheap so I sent everything back.
They made me jump thru hoops to do this-had to hang each item ( 5) on hangers and then take pictures to send them, put each item in original packaging, pay about $16 to send it back. I have been waiting over a month for a credit to my card and, finally, called my card company and issued a chargeback. It is a simple process and I suggest any person that is owed money from Luvyle do the same. A week ago they said they were rushing my refund ( $110.30) and I know it does not take that long. I would think that with all the terrible reviews that they would have changed the way they do business. Apparently not. I am angry over all the time this has taken me to deal with them.

Despite the promise that a refund HAD BEEN SENT... you guessed it, NO REFUND HAS OCCURRED. NO email detailing the refund has been received.
Their comments to 'check my email' for the refund is just another runaround.
I think it is time to contact the State Attorney General and file fraud claims

Yet again Luvyle sends a meaningless and false response.
I DID receive an email from them ( a few days ago) telling me that a refund would be issued in 20 or more working days MEANING A MONTH from now.
Waiting another month for a refund to be started is insulting.
Their request that I send photos of the wrongly sized (and therefore unwearable) items is another stall tactic. They know what the item is and what it looks like yet they want photos sent? So they can send to the right department? The stalling, delay and intentional attempts to wear me out continue.
THIS HAS BEEN THE BIGGEST 'RUNAROUND' I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED

3 times have requested a refund on the 2 items which have NOT yet been shipped(5 weeks) and told them to cancel this part of order. Their responses are useless and insulting and my requests for refund have been ignored.

Avoid this company!

Made an order on 12th July, was told it would take 3-7 days for delivery, on 28th July I emailed to ask where my order was (16 days after order) and was told it was ready for shipping and I would recieve a tracking number. 5 days later, I hadnt recieved any response from Luvyle. They managed to take my money on the same day the order was made though... impressive!

I have requested a refund and was told I would have to wait 25-35 days for the refund to be processed, I cant believe in 2018 a refund would take this long! Having sent a number of emails to Luvyle, the only time they seem to resapond is when you post a review - I wont be ordering from this company again and will continue to make contact until I recieve my refund- avoid avoid avoid!
