This company responded to my follow up email the same day i sent it, and my packages arrived within the stated shipping time... that you have the ability to read BEFORE you purchase. If you don't want to wait a few weeks, don't buy things from luna daze and then get mad when it's not faster than the website CLEARLY states! Anyways, my ring is beautiful and i plan to buy more. I ordered those tie up leggings from here and they are amazing. I wear them to yoga all the time, and they have maintained their quality. Paid over half what you'd pay at any mainstream yoga supply store, so I would definitely order again. I am really confused at all of the poor reviews on here. I think people jump the gun and get frustrated with small businesses because they have ridiculous expectations and don't read the details before placing an order. Anyways, I received my two rings in near record time (much faster than the expected wait time of 3 weeks), and they were brilliantly shiny and sparkly. They have not turned my finger green or black, and are able to be worn with almost all of my clothes because they match most things. Would absolutely order from them again!
There are no complaints here. I think this company is wonderful, the only thing I can think of would be that the shipping took a little bit longer than most, but I believe this is a smaller business with fewer hands on deck, so it is understandable. My princess halo ring is truly beautiful. It sparkles in the sun and the metal has not tarnished even a little bit. I get compliments on this everywhere I go. I would definitely do business with them again, perhaps even buying gifts for my loved ones. Love LD!
I received my white sapphire ring with one of the side stones missing, it was to be a gift for my Granddaughter's birthday, I am so upset that I won't even take the time or trouble to send it back. I have contacted them, but no response. Social security money down the drain.

I had read some comments about this company being slow to respond to emails, but I can tell you from my experience that is not the case. My email was answered within 24 hours, answered all of my questions, and my item arrived a few days later. The crystal pendant I ordered is truly beautiful for the cost. All in all, would absolutely order from there again.

I ordered the White Sapphire ring weeks ago. The funds were quickly taken from my account. No tracking number, No order information, Nothing. I have sent 5 different emails just wondering when it would be delivered and have heard nothing. I'm now trying to cancel my order and will never order anything from here again.

I was hoping that I ordered the Sapphire ring within enough time to give it to my grand daughter as a gift for her birthday, but was not sure if I timed it right. I reached out to the company over email and they shipped it quicker for me. After that, I received my tracking number so I was able to ensure it arrived on time, which it did. I read some of these other reviews and got nervous, but maybe they just didn't give the correct email. The moment I ordered I got a confirmation email, then within the week I got a processing email with info and tracking for my shipment.
I was a little worried, still, so I tested it and reached out. A representative got back to me in 2 days, but still even apologized for being late in response. She was very nice and responsive and even offered me a discount for future orders.
UPDATE: I got my jewelry within 2 weeks. A chakra bracelet, crystal tree necklace, and elegant ring. Everything is fantastic! Can't wait to order again next pay day <3
This company is a total scam! Don't waste your money ordering from them. I ordered the double halo crystal ring on the 27/8/18 & today is the 9/10/18 & I haven't received my order. I've sent numerous emails, sent messages on Facebook & even Instagram, yet, no response. Don't waste your time or your money on this company. I regret not reading the reviews. Hence why I'm in this predicament.

I know, silly to say about a ring, but it's 100% honestly how I felt, and still feel today.
It has been a few months, and so far no signers of wear and tear on the band, or the stones.
I get compliments on it every time I wear it out of the house which is often.
I would for sure buy from this company again, should something else catch my eye.

Never got my ring. Then when I ask they keep putting it off asking me to wait until the policy ran out. Customer service was awful and the phone number dose nothing. I tried at all times of the day and always got the machine. Pretty pictures. Product probably would have been nice if I'd gotten it

My daughter-in-law, who is super hard to buy for, picked out a shirt on this site. I ordered and was shocked at the extremely high shipping fees, but was more than willing to pay it to get her something she liked for Christmas. It's now 2 weeks later and still no delivery and no response to my email. Very disappointed!

I ordered an item on January 12,2017 and as of March 1,2017 I have yet to receive it. No tracking information is available, no email updates, etc. However, my credit card was charged promptly. After multiple emails to the company without a single response, I have decided to post this review. I will never order anything from this company again.

I ordered a ring back in December. Have not received it as of march 24.17. I've left multiple emails. Them telling me only to wait. They deleted and blocked me from all social media platforms when I simply asked for my product or refund. They also accused me of being a fraud. I have sent my 50+ emails to my local police department. Never again. I earned my money by working hard and honestly. Disgusting way to spread your "Love and Light"
