I reviewed this company on 5/16. After 6 months I finally received a refund. They claim they sent my product out, but they never did. I never received anything. They will tell you their servers are down or their email is having problems or that their customer service is down, it's all a lie. They are probably receiving too many complaints and it takes weeks or months to get back to you. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
I placed my order on January 10 and when it finally arrived 7 weeks later, it was the incorrect size (I asked for Small, I received XL) and the product quality was awful (cheap, translucent fabric). I inquired about my order twice between submitting and receiving my order; I called the phone number provided and left voicemail when no one picked up; I also emailed Luna Daze directly and submitted their "Track Order" form on their website. They never called back and only sent automated emails with the same response every time. This was a horrible experience, and I will never recommend or shop through this company/site again.

I ordered a few promotional items (which they say will take a month to come in) but I have no way of tracking my order AND I have emailed them twice with no response. I truly hope this isn't a scam but if it isn't it has EXTREMELY bad customer service.
