I had to close and re-open the website several times to get the option to change the shade from the default Medium to Fair. Otherwise, no problems.

However, when a customer requested a 2 day shipping for work - you could have costed me my job - as an Independent Contractor, you have to be reliable.
Also, the constant messages to buy more products becomes an insult to a Professional

Order came timely, I didn't like the first time I used- I wasn't using the equipment correctly. I called to cancel and they recommended a FB one on one appt. Very helpful! I learned how to use the machine better but for me it's not enough coverage so they are sending me another trial foundation. If that doesn't work then I will be returning. The airbrush itself is pretty easy to use after trying several times and with the one on one training. Use the FB videos so helpful and so are the people Live. The airbrush and makeup is nice, clean and lightweight - looks like I'm not wearing anything but as I mentioned the 4 in 1 sadly isn't enough coverage for me.
Not fast and not easy. I'm still going to purchase more makeup, but so far not 100% happy

Items kept dropping off my cart. It caused for a long time to get the order complete because I had to start over so many times. Also had a bundle offer with a promo code and when I put it in it did not accept it.
