If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order at the end of May, and I didn't receive my items until the end of July. I contacted them several times asking for an update on my order and they kept saying the items are in stock please give us 36 -45 hours to ship your order, 2 week went by still no update. Finally I get an email stating my order had been shipped in late July, I got it a week after that. Then I receive my order and it is missing an item, I only purchased 3 things! On top of that the dress was the wrong size, I ordered a large and they sent me a small.

I reached out about the missing item and they said they checked their warehouse and the 3rd item was in the shipment. Then they said I needed to send proof, pictures of the packaging and the items. Once I did they admitted to not sending the 3rd item, and asked if I would still like it shipped. I told them no, please issue a refund. Then they said it would take 10-15 days to issue a refund, how about I take $30 cash coupon. I went to their website... but guess what is no longer exists. I asked for a refund... still haven't received anything and it is now the end of August.

Update: It is now September 10th, and I still have not received a response regarding resolution. I receive a message on 8/27 saying they could process a refund but it would take 10-15 days... so in other words it will never happen or take another 30 days just as my order did!? They respond to my review but still have not resolved anything... still website up anymore... this company is shady!

The website for this company is back up. I was told on 8/27 I would be issued a refund, it is now 11/1 and I still have not received a refund. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

The item arrived. But the quality is very bad.

And i cant even fit in. The top is too loose. Its like L size top. Why u have to put the stretchable rubber at the back of the top? No one S size body need that kind of stretch. The top cannot even stay on my body? How am i gonna wear it? Am not sure if ure giving me the correct size or not. The skirt also. Its totally different from the picture.

Im so disappointed with the purchase. Ive to wait for two months and this is what i got. This is my worst experience. I need a REFUND.

I state that for orders in Italy it takes at least 60 days before delivery, so your purchases must be made in advance, the sizes are slightly smaller than ours, I always recommend ordering an extra size, even two, for the rest you will find good business for your look, always trendy clothes, if you have problems with the order just contact the assistance and you will be helped with courtesy. Always updated for each season and products for all looks.

I would rate this experience' as a zero if it was an option! I honestly feel like the company is a scam because when I tried to track my order with the tracking number attached to my confirmation message, it says it's invalid. I also tried visiting their website and the page said the website hasn't been set up yet?! I placed my order for two (2) pairs of leather shoes back on July 4,2018 and they didn't waste any time debuting the money from my account but I have no product to show for it. Now after reading the other nightmare reviews and seeing how the product is of low quality, I simply want my $80 (USD) back... NOW!

The first picture is what I received. The second is what I ordered. I have registered a complaint through PayPal, the next morning Lululike sent me an email stating if I CANCELLED my complaint they would begin to help me. I have escalated the complaint through PayPal and am leaving it in their hands. Do not buy from this company - they are not selling what they say they are. It is all knock-off, poor quality merchandise. Do not waste your money or your time.
