After seeing so many complaints on lululike, I think I'd say something. Maybe I'm lucky maybe it's not what others said. I got my items after 4 weeks and the dress looks very well. Whether buy again or not I can't say. At least this time didn't disappoint me.

Finally they included the escalation link in their mail (14 escalation mails) and guess what; page NOT FOUND - continue shopping. I feel like someone is taking a piss...
After reading all the comments and waiting endlessly for my order to be shipped - trying to contact 2 different contacts and no single one is answering. Why do you make us pay for shipping within 15 days and you can't even ship the order within this period? Please I need an update asap! Or at least an alternative for refund. :(

Please pay attention with returns of your orders.
I still wait for the refund. After 40 days i did not yet received my refund back.
Further on the company request you to resend the clothes with high shipping fees to the US and not to UK, when you want to return your order.

After 3 days, they responded to my concerns told me 2 of 5 items were being and gave me a shipping number, and a website to track my shipment. The number was not a valid shipping number, and they have not responded to my messages

Do not buy of Lulu$#*!e or Lululike whatever its called. Furious that they think they can ignore me and take my hard earned money. Im so mad! I ordered my dress In May and then there was a problem with my order bla bla bla, politely asked for a refund and now They just ignoring my emails. Reported them to so many fraudulent companies!

After 8 weeks, I finally received my order. I think their problem is not fraud but disorganization... Anyway I've missed the wedding suit I had especially ordered, and that's a pity.
Never buy anything from them! They take your money, never send you anything and when you ask about your purchase they always answer the same: "one of your article is still missing, please check your mail for further details..." LIE - SCAM!
And no adress to write them or to ask for a refund.
PLEASE BE CAREFULL!
UPDATE - How dare you response to my review asking to allocate the parcel? You never sent one as I cancelled it within 10 minutes! 3 months later still no money! I'm going to write to consumer rights agency to make sure they close you down! You do know your customer service English is real bad and all the 5 star reviews written on this website are written with the same English as yours. So stop fooling people by writing yourselves 5 star reviews when you are nothing but SCUM.
Bought 2 items off their website on 14th of April worth (including delivery to UK) $77. Purchased items at 08:30 GMT. Within 10 minutes I had a message sent to them cancelling the order as read really bad reviews. I asked to cancel the order and refund me straight away. They replied 3 days later saying refund will take 20 days. 2nd of July now still no redund. I paid by PayPal and opened a case against them which I won. The money was meant to be refunded by 29th of June & still nothing there! DO NOT BUY OFF THE SCUMMY LULULIKE. THEY ARE THIEVES
