I have ordered from this site before reading the bad reviews. Of course I was very worried. Today after 4 weeks of waiting my dresses arrived.
One of them is cute enough and actually fits me quite well. The fabric is nicer than I expected. The second one could do with some shortening and would be useful to wear to and from the gym. Nothing more dressy unfortunately.
The third one looks and feels less than a dress and more than a nightgown, but hey as a nighty it is quite nice.
All in all a little better than I expected but you definitely get what you pay for, cheap Chinese crap.
I've learned my lesson and will be more careful whom I order stuff from in the future.
I ordered an item because the clothes looks cute but here I am 2 months later no order and they refuse to refund me. They say I need to talk to USPS because it's my responsibility to find my order. A complete scam! Save your money.
Just like everyone else, wish I had read the reviews about this company. Thank heavens, I didn't spend very much; they said it shipped, but can't track it. Take my advice, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING from this company. You'll be sorry. Will be totally shocked if I ever receive the item! Just remember, DON'T!
I orderd about a week again and my tracking # will not come up and give me any info. Just wondering if I'm out 183.00 of clothes that I ordered. I wish I would have never ordered. After reading all of your reviews.
I submitted a ticket after receiving my dress that had shipped 21 days later and it came with stains on the back. The picture of the dress was not accurate at all. First time trying on the dress, the zipper broke. Every time I try to contact customer service, the phone says to leave a message, or the online chat is never available.
I have sent messages to the company in hopes that I will be mailed back a return label from them, but I get nothing. Seriously, the only thing left to do are to sell these items on my own and try to get even half of what I spent. SMH
I ordered an item several weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Their website is NOT comsumer friendly. Never got an answer as to where my order was or when it should have arrived. Says it was shipped but no way to track it, even with the "tracking number". Won't ever order from them again.
No response to tickets/inquiry, no customer service, ordered 9 weeks ago, no sign of my order. I'm sorry I ever ordered.
After waiting three weeks and not being able to track the package I decided to check reviews and now realize I should have looked at the reviews BEFORE I ordered! Not holding out much hope that it will arrive any time soon or that it will even be something I can wear.
This website provided the worst customer service and products I have ever experienced. I ordered an XL coat, which is the correct size for me, but when I received the jacket it didn't even fit over my arms. Upon closer inspection of the tag, I discovered that someone had placed an XL sticker that was cut out to be the exact size and shape of the tag beneath it.
After peeling off this sticker, the actually tag beneath said M. So I contacted customer service to try to get an exchange - they sent me the wrong size, so it should be a no-brainer that they send me the size I ordered. They also claim that they have free world-wide shipping and 30 day "easy" return - it says that right at the top of their website. They also claim to have Live Chat, but that's also a lie, you just send them an email and they'll maybe or maybe not get back to you.
Anyway, I contact customer support and explain their error and give them pictures of the evidence. Their response:
"We are so sorry that our products fails to meet your satisfaction and you can return it back. And we will improve and do it better.
Usually we suggest compensation rather than return, because you need to pay a lot for the shipping fee and you need to wait for a long time as we are in China. How about we send you some compensation in your store account for future use? We will do the best to make up for your loss. Pls advise. Thank you. And if you insist to return it back, we will offer the return address for you at once."
Notice the unprofessional use of "Pls" and their concern with the cost of shipping (even though they said free worldwide shipping"). The obviously poor English also is concerning because I don't know if they ACTUALLY understand my problem. I told them that I am not the one to advise them on what they should do (if they have any sort of legit customer service, they would know what to do and offer a solution) and that they either refund me or exchange my coat. After a few days of cat and mouse, terrible excuses, avoiding the problem, and saying they'll contact their "express company", I finally got fed up and had to threaten legal action if they did not refund me my money. That seemed to get their attention but at the time of this writing I still have not received a refund.
These people are scammers, and I wish I had read these reviews before buying. There are tons of experiences just like mine. I find it hard to believe someone would go out of their way to conceal the true size of a jacket underneath a sticker. They are dishonest, their products are poor, their customer service is even worse. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE TERRIBLE PEOPLE.
Also, the people who are giving Lulugal a 5 star rating are obviously fakes - they are either people who were paid to say those things or are employees of the business (if you can even call it a business).
I actually give them a BIG FAT 0. I ordered from this company on 12/4/16 and paid for expedited shipping. It has been in Shanghai until 12/16/16 and entered customs in New York. Ridiculous! I will never order from this company again. STAY AWAY FROM FAIRY SEASONS too, I believe it's the same company sadly I fell for them as well. I ordered stuff from them mid November and still have yet to receive all my order. And items are not what they portray in their website, colors are wrong and sizes are wrong too.
A score of 1 is being considerate on my part. Ordered an x-lrg which should have been very loose. The item I received was smaller than a small, material was extremely poor quality and the item looked nothing like the picture. I contacted them about their easy returns and they offered to give me $7 and I keep the item because it would take too long to return. I have since opened an appeal thru Paypal. Since I have seen all of the negative reviews about this company I am really expecting Paypal to refund my money and stop all sales with this company. We will see what happens. Absolutely worthless company. I don't know how human beings can continually take advantage of hard working people like this. Shame on them!
I am glad I read thr reviews. I was going to order 7 tops. Glad I am not going to waste time or money. Very sad because the clothes looked cute.
I made my order on November 17th and it is now December 17th. Waiting for month is ridiculous. I called Lulugal customer service last week and they have not called me back. I'm not expecting to see my purchase anytime soon. I will go through my credit card company to get this order cancelled and my money returned.
The catalog photos for the Lulugal clothes are great, the problem lies in the fact the items don't look like the photos. It took over a month to get the item I ordered, and when I got it, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the product. I'm not willing to take the time to return it and fight to get a refund, and that's probably what they count on. I highly recommend you stay away from this site--avoid it at all costs unless you don't mind throwing money in the garbage.
So my item finally arrived. I never did get a response from customer service. My item looks basically like the ad, but the finish of the garment is poor. It lays badly. It fits, though it is oddly tight in the lower arms. It was not horribly expensive. Sticking to reputable companies from now on. Won't order from this company again. Prices too good to be true are just that.
I ordered 3 items. They never arrived. I didn't receive a tracking # nothing from these people. I tried to call them and the number was bogus. Had a Los Angeles area code. I immediately called my bank the bank refunded my money and now they are in the fraud department! Don't be suckered like I was! If you were call your bank or credit card company and report them as a fraudulent company. You will get your money back. They are under investigation.
I purchased a dress for christmas parties. Was thrilled when it arrived... not so thrilled when I took it out of the package. Poor quality fabric, sized so small (even though I ordered a size larger than needed) that I can't fit into it. Multiple attempts to file a return request are met with "that is an incorrect order number" even though I copied and pasted directly from my email. Shame on me for not checking a too good to be true deal before ordering.

Ordered 3 dresses, all too small despite following size chart, all terrible quality fabric. Asked for refund, offered 20% store credit, or to return items for 60% of price paid, but would have to pay shipping from UK to China, and 40% world go on fees incurred by them handling the return. Rip off merchants. Stay well away.
Answer: I will NEVER order another thing from them and would advise anyone else to stay far away from them. The size L dress I received would not even go over my shoulders and I wear a size 10. Their customer support is horrible and the Free Shipping and Returns listed on their website is a lie. Save your money and buy elsewhere!
Answer: Stop ordering from them - you will either never get it or it will be a wrong fit. You will never see your money back either. Returns are also ridiculously expensive and will cost you more than what you paid for any item. Please turn your back and run.
