Do not waste your money!

I purchased 2 tops... Which looked great on their site... but were not sized correctly... Sooo small & material was crappy! Had to track them & took long time to receive them! Wish I checked the bad reviews before I wasted $70. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LULUGAL EVER!

Ordered a month ago, still haven't received! I've also gotten emails saying I bought a $75 gift card from Home Depot & UPS (either B. S. ads or click bait) I regret ever ordering from this fake company! I hope Paypal gets my money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Completely poor customer service after multi emails back and forth about returning an item. Refused to give me an address to return. The item received was nothing like it was pictured. Quality of material was beyond crap. If I would give NEGATIVE stars I would!

This company sent me $220.00 order. Nothing fit! They insist I must return items at a costly rate to china! Then only return me 60% of my order amount ad 40% is "handling".

On November 22, I ordered a dress to wear for Christmas. I received an email confirmation and, on December 3, a "shipment notification." On December 14 I contacted to ask "Where is my order?" and was given the same "Please be patient and wait one more week" several times, including on December 22. According to their "customer service," I could not cancel my order because it was in transit and, like many other people, I had no idea that it was coming from China.

The package did finally arrive on December 24. The dress is the wrong color, looks nothing like the photo on the website, and, of course, it does not fit. After reading other reviews here (and how I wish I had thought to do so before placing the order), it's clear that it would cost more to send it back than I actually paid for the dress, so I see no point in that. I will post a negative review wherever I can find a site that will accept it and will block any further communication from these people. What a waste of money and energy!

Disgusting

Ordered a jacket size x large in January 2017 received it end of February 2017 direct from China in a paper mail bag. The jacket could not fit a 12 year old thin child. I have been trying to reach Lulu Gal to no avail. Gave info to Pay Pal to see if I can get return information. DO NOT ORDER FROM LULU GAL. THEY ARE CROOKS.

After measuring myself, I based them to choose size. Every time I filed a "ticket" I would get an automated response that asked me for my measurements. I told them never to ask again, and they did. They finally gave me their return address after saying how much it was going to cost and only after I insisted and they got all dramatical. Then said I would only get 60% back due to handling fee. Absolute rubbish, tried to get ahold of PayPal which was useless. I know for next time not to use them as I couldn't do a chargeback.
I was able to get a 30$ credit, even the knecklace I ordered measured just under 6 inches! I couldn't even get on one blouse, a sweater was obviously not made correctly and the last barely fit. I'm working out so that one I might fit down the line, but I'm 5'7", these sizes are for 5'2. They don't get western sizing at all!
I beg you not to shop there!

They charge you 40% for shipping if you want to return even though it states FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING! They also do not want to apply back payment to your account yet only wang to give you 20% store credit.

THIS IS ALL FROM CHINA and it says it no where on their site!

I just orderd this morning for about 160.00 dollars u.s. that makes me 206.00 can. I just found this ( Reviews) and very dissapointed :( D'ont know if i can cancel paypal since i just orderd? Their US conversion tables for sizes are wildly inaccurate, it takes a month to get the item you ordered, it doesn't come close to fitting you and then even though the sizing issue is on THEIR end, they want you to pay to return it and they'll only refund you 60% of the price you paid. What a complete nightmare experience. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered an item that was on Pinterest and I think they must have suckered a million people with this red 2-tone sweater that looks cute on their pin. It arrived a month after I ordered, and looked NOTHING like the photo. It was a horrible combination of pink and red and WAY, WAY TOO SMALL. Sizing is about 2 or 3 sizes smaller than USA sizing. Quality is not good at all. I'm going to pursue a refund, but I've read from other reviewers that the refund process is difficult.

This place sucks

What more can I say if you have read the reviews, believe everything negative you read. Ordered a dress, once dress got here made my breast look like a porn star. Sizes all wrong material cheap. In the middle of trying to return it they changed their name. Once claim was opened in PayPal they offered me 12 dollars back on a 45.00 purchase. I said no, they said fine send it back it will be expensive. That's the one thing they didn't lie about 62.00 to send it back. You must be CRAZY... I'm out of pocket, they have lost their mind. I'm also going to throw PayPal under the bus. They are suppose to protect the consumer, yea right. Their employee to me to dispute the charge with my bank. Once this was done I get a notice from my bank saying PayPal has a rebuttal on my claim. I am hot. Waiting now for PayPal to call back so I can go off on them and will let them know that they are totally dealing with a fraudulent company. I will also let them know that I will be leaving negative reviews for them as well.
Save yourself the trouble and the hassle never do business with this company and be leary of PayPal if the company is shady.

I ordered two dresses and I was supposed to get a 20% discount if I used Facebook which I did. I paid extra for postage and handling so I could get it quicker. I ordered it on November 10th and on November 11th it says processing and it is still saying processing 8 days later even though I was supposed to get it within 4 to 6 days. I have call customer service and all you can do is leave a voicemail you don't get to talk to anybody. I have completed a ticket online and of course I haven't heard from anybody.

DO NOT buy anything from this site. It's a rip off. If you buy something and it is damaged or does not fit, it costs hundreds of dollars to ship back to shanghai. Stay away!

First, it took toooo long to receive with no correspondence other than a confirmation of the order. Then, the clothing is at least 2 sizes smaller than American sizes. Then, in order to return, you have to pay the shipping to China, and they only give you back 60% of the cost of the items. WHAT A RIP OFF! DON'T DO IT!
