All 3 items I ordered (tops and dress) were 4 inches smaller than listed in the bust. When I wanted to return and refund, they told me I should donate the items and feel like a good person. Then they told me it would be very expensive to ship them back to China, but I could. When I opened a dispute with PayPal, they suddenly had a Maryland address I could send them to. Now sent, they say they won't refund me unless I close dispute with PayPal, my only recourse.

They seem to be trying to switch their name to Liligal as well, I'm sure to run from their deserved reputation.

Know nothing, I checked PAy PAL and these are the people that got the money,
Thaey have no phone and you are lucky if you can get a chat line, I have been on this all day, they give me numbers and when I type them in they say wrong number.
How do you deal with people like this? Anyone got an idea?

Order 2 shirts. Took almost 30 days to get them. Quality of material and construction is extremely poor. And the items were too small. My package arrived without a packing slip or return instructions so I emailed Lulugal to get return instructions. They refused to give them to me. They said it would be very expensive to return them so I should just keep them and try to sell them online or in a consignment shop. I have repeatedly requested return instructions but they will not give them to me. There last offer was a 10% credit toward future purchases. THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO BE A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I was bamboozled. When I received the item it was nothing like the pictur but I was prepared for a spin off. The real horror was that it didn't fit. Although the depict the right size the item was no where near it. I went to their website to see how to return it and although they have all these policies and procedures in place and there is no return address. The address on the package is cut off and located in china. I went to live chat there is no live chat and I went to e-mail and the e-mail was returned "undeliverable"

Same complaint as most on this site. This Company has an American front but is operating from China! I didn't read the small print or hear the alarm bells... The sizing only right if you are Chinese and NOT of Western Stock! Way off and then difficult to return for a maximum of 60% refund. On my £160 purchase the robbers will keep over £60 for handling when I'm only returning the goods as they DONT FIT as their sizing is wrong! Disgusting Crooks! Do NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR ANY SITE THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS. I will of course be looking at any other means to recoup my money but helping others not get stung the same way is just a start.

I ordered two items from this website, and their sizing chart states a medium is adequate for a uk size 6 to 8
When they arrived, which took ages, the items were massive on me
I have submitted a ticket and had a reply to say I can return the items, but have asked in two e mails for a returning address! As yet I am still waiting
I wish I had read the reviews because I think it's going to be a lost cause and I won't get a refund
I'm usually really skeptical about buying products like this from a website that's not uk based
