Horrible Company

I ordered an odorable top I saw online in one of their Facebook feeds. When I received it (6 weeks later) I was beyond shocked when I saw the actual top in person!
The fabric was ridiculously cheap, and the size Large was a size Small in the US.! It was useless. Needless to say I was out the $18 I spent on this thing. Lesson learned... when it's too good to be true... you get what you pay for! Stay away from this scamming Asian company!

Purchased one dress and it was lovely.
Purchased another and it did not fit - unwearable!
I wanted to return it - they wanted measurements of the dress - I gave these - they offered compensation first 20% then 30%. I explained that the dress doesn't fit.
They have now told me to send for refund - but I have to pay for the postage - has to be International Registered post. I've checked how much to send it and it will be about £10. The dress cost £29.27. I am now worried that if I send it back I won't see the refund and will have wasted another £10.

I ordered a coat from this company. When it arrived I can only say it was nothing like the coat on the picture. I sent them an email and said i wanted a refund. They said to return the coat but it would cost me as much as the refund to return it. I told them that if they didnt offer me an acceptable refund I would take the matter to trading standards. I was offered 10% refund which i rejected then offered another 2 pounds which I rejected so i took it up with paypal who managed to get me a refund of 40% which i reluctantly accepted even though the coat is of no use to me whatsoever. Steer clear of them. The clothes look nothing like in the pictures

I recieved my sweater and was really disappointed. The piping was a totally different color from the sweater, the pic on the website shows it the same color. Looks cheap, really cheap. Not happy at all. Probably cost to much to return and they know that.
Don't order from these people!

These people are not a good company and will give you the run around. I ordered using their sizing chart and received something several sizes too small and they want me to pay to return it to china. BUYER BEWARE and prepare for a run around.

I ordered a red, popular sweater and when it arrived it was a dress! It was even labeled as a dress. I ask to return it and they never would give me return instructions. After 5 emails they said they couldn't believe I would return it with the "out of the county" shipping fees! Even tho it was their mistake, they would not make it right! I threw away that $30! Never again!

Well I ordered my blouse Nov 15 2016 and got my shipment notification on Nov 17 still HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY BLOUSE. I went to the tracking... LOL! It's still saying it's in China. I contacted "customer service" the said "it's been shipped" and that was all for that, they closed the ticket. Didn't say where my purchase was, what country it is in, when will I expect it? I will never order from them again. I want my purchase.

I ordered an item that says it ships in 24 hours. Once I made payment I got a message from lulugal that they take 1-4 days to process the order and I paid $10 extra to receive the item within 2-5 days. I asked them why the ad says it ships within 24 hours and I paid to get it within 2-5 days and they told me the item I selected was a "hot item" and it would take longer to receive. No where on their website does it say that the item was not available. I went back and forth with them and they never shipped it! After 6 days of them still "processing" the order I demanded my money back (found the item on Amazon shipped in 2 days), lulugal only refunded me a partial refund due to the item not being cancelled within 12 hours! They are scamming people. You order an item they never ship, once you cancel they keep a portion of the money! They are making money and not sending items as promised on their website! DO NOT ORDER FROM LULUGAL

What a ripoff! Stay away unless you just want to contribute to the Chinese economy.

The quality is horrible, sizing completely wrong, return policy a joke, and fiber contents mislabeled. Just plaid fraud. Forget the pictures. You will never wear what you buy.

Just like everyone else, wish I had read the reviews about this company. Thank heavens, I didn't spend very much; they said it shipped, but can't track it. Take my advice, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING from this company. You'll be sorry. Will be totally shocked if I ever receive the item! Just remember, DON'T!

The shirt I ordered took a month to get, even thought they said it would take a week. I didn't realize the company was in China. The quality is VERY POOR! The shirt looks nothing like the picture on the website. Then they expect you to pay to ship it back. BUYER BEWARE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE... these are clothes from China so the sizing is off. I ordered what I thought would be this beautiful red assymmetrical sweater that ended up being red and hot pink weirdly... seams all weird, neck sewn shut almost and it was not the size I ordered. I'm trying to get a refund, took pictures and sent to them but I'm sure they jerk me around. A $30 lesson learned.

I waited over 4 weeks to receive clothes that wouldn't fit my 10 year old niece. Super small - one sweater is a JOKE because I could barely get my wrists through the sleeve area. Have written back and forth about returning it. OH and what's supposed to be a 4X dress (4X on plastic wrap) has an "XL" label on the clothing and they still won't refund it. They offered me an RMA but will only refund 60%. I will most likely take out the tags and donate to Goodwill but I am going to call my credit card company. Does anyone have any success with complaining to the credit card comapnies?

Stay AWAY!

I actually give them a BIG FAT 0. I ordered from this company on 12/4/16 and paid for expedited shipping. It has been in Shanghai until 12/16/16 and entered customs in New York. Ridiculous! I will never order from this company again. STAY AWAY FROM FAIRY SEASONS too, I believe it's the same company sadly I fell for them as well. I ordered stuff from them mid November and still have yet to receive all my order. And items are not what they portray in their website, colors are wrong and sizes are wrong too.

I have been going around and around with this company trying to return the items I purchaed that don't fit because their sizing is off and the items are poor quality! They have requested pictures of the items I want to return, they have asked for more detail of why I want to return them they have offered a store credit for future purchase. They finally came clean and said that shipping to China was too timely and expensive and offered a store credit again. Now today they sent me am email saying that their domain name had changed from lulugai.com to liligal.com - their poor business practices have caught up to them and their now operating under a new name liligal.

Preaching to the choir!

Sadly, I too fell asleep at the keyboard and was distracted by the pictures, free shipping and cheap prices. However, at NO TIME did lulugal divulge that they were located in Hong Kong! It teased me with 'ships same day!' and only after two weeks of no receipt of my order did I read reviews or look into the tracking info. This order went to about six different countries prior to the US! In short, VERY cheap, crepe type material that would rip if you sneeze! Additionally, even though I used their size chart TO THE 'T' and ordered a 2XL, the item that arrived measured (according to their own chart measurements) to be a size Medium! Needless to say, my daughter appreciated it and I have learned my lesson. They should have named the company skinnygal cuz that's the only group who can wear these threadbare duds!

SCAM ARTISTS

This company only wants your money. They have no intention of sending you the product you have ordered, if you do receive anything I would be surprised. I ordered a green dress for a Dinner party one month in advance and it is going on 2 months. Nothing. Can't get a hold of anyone. I will contact credit card company and file a scam report! Do not order from this scam company. They are Chinese and are conartists. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!

LuLu Gal is a rip off

I bought 5 items from them and I figured that they would run small so I ordered l and xl well they were all too small, so I ask to return them for a full refund, they said it would be too expensive to send it back and if I did they would only give me 60% of my money back 40% goes to restocking fees! To say the least if I knew that it was all coming from China I would have not ordered.

I ordered a tunic/dress i saw on pinterest... not only was the sizing off (i could have had it altered)... it said it was linen... it came and one 100% polyester... it was absolutly aweful... have to throw it out because was going to cost over $80 to ship it back to china... do not buy from here!
