Do not order from them

I have ordered from them and paid with Paypal. The sizing is incorrect and the quality awful. I have not been able to login to get return instructions. I have filed a dispute with Paypal which has not been resolved yet. Paypal should not deal with such companies or else they will loose the trust of customers. I have!

Need to reach someone for a refund. I have made several attempts. Impossible to reach anyone. Is this a scam. Do not order from this company. Items are not true to size, really, nowhere near the size listed.

Ordered a jacket December 1,2016, it is now January 21,2017, still no jacket. No response back from them. Have tried calling, no response, emailing, no response. Big Time Scam. Should be able to rate as a negative 10.

Clothes do not come as represented! Cannot return. They are in China! Awful lost my money to them. I tried to submit a claim with credit card and my credit card company can't get money from them so denied! They don't communicate and I never received an order receipt! Horrible Company do not order from them!

Wish I had read reviews first. Ordered 3 blouses for 97.10 didn't fit. E mailed them and ask if I could return. They said yes, I had no invoice so I returned it to Hans America in Doraville Ga. Then I tracked it and it was received. E-mailed them back asking when I was going to get my refund. They said if I insisted on a refund I would have to send it back to China and gave me a whole e mail of instructions. Kinda hard to do when I dont have the tops. I called, no answer, left message said they would call back within 24 hours, NO CALL BACK. Tried to call Hans no answer. Can anyone give me any info on how to track my tops down? Guess I am out 97.10. Sad since I am 70 and on a fixed income.

Happened to me too

I wish I had read this before I bought from this site. I didn't know the product was coming directly from China. The jacket I purchased has a defective zipper and they still won't cover the return. The website says easy return but they sent me an entire page if directions given that the return is to China. Worst company ever!

It is nearly impossible to navigate their clumsy website. It took me two days to finally fill out a 'ticket' and a request to return my ill-fitting dress. I finally heard from them two days later via email. It was such a friendly email, requesting that I send photos of the item and they would certainly do all they could to make it right with me. HAH! I was mad about having to send photos... or having to TRY to send photos. Could see no way to upload them, so I sent still another note telling them that they surely must know what the garment looks like! Have not heard back. I am writing them off and will tell everyone I know to avoid doing business with them!

Stay clear!

What a joke. I saw a dress on Pinterest and ordered it. When I recieved it, the dress was cheaply made, size was ill-fitting and there was no packing slip inside. I went to their website to ask about how to return the dress. They told me they'd rather give me a credit as returning the item is too time consuming. I insisted on returning it as the quality was so bad. They sent me an address in CHINA to send it to. And I had to take a photo of the post office receipt, attach it to the "ticket" we had going about my return and 4 weeks later, I finally got a refund. But the shipping cost me over $20! Stay away from LuluGal. They don't have a clue about how to operate a mail-order business. And the quality is crap!

I ordered a bathing suit from here. A few min after I ordered it I saw it said you have 12 hrs to cancel it for full refund, if you don't cancel and you have to return item for some reason, you have to pay to ship it back AND they keep 40% of your refund for cost of shipping it TO you. When I saw that I went to cancel a few min later, and guess what? Impossible! No one answered phone, live chat or my email. Finally a few days later they emailed me and said "oops, sorry, already shipped! Are you kidding me?! So I now have a cheap bathing suit that doesn't fit that im stuck with! Beware!

Do not buy from them

Ordered a size 4X dress which would not even fit a size medium body... color very drab compared to online photo... was supposed to be same color in both parts of dress, but have 2 different colors... unsure of how to return to China... totally disappointed

Their business model will not work for the US and they have no practical ways to return or exchange. For any exchanges/returns they offer 30% of the original cost or ship it back to China (not practical).

The sizes are not US sizes so customers are going to get it wrong and loose all the money.

Just buy from the US stores.

I ordered what I thought was a cute red plaid dress and it took over three weeks to arrive. I ordered an XL as I wear a large thinking it would fit. Size I got was more a sm/med. Plaid in the front of the dress did not matcha king it unbearable even if it did fit. Was only able to deal with them by email about return. They offered 20% off another order rather than return. They make it impossible to return got to send it to China by registered mail which costs more than item cost in first place. Do not order from this company and change your passwords!

I ordered 3 items. They never arrived. I didn't receive a tracking # nothing from these people. I tried to call them and the number was bogus. Had a Los Angeles area code. I immediately called my bank the bank refunded my money and now they are in the fraud department! Don't be suckered like I was! If you were call your bank or credit card company and report them as a fraudulent company. You will get your money back. They are under investigation.

I ordered 2 dresses from Lulugal and 3 weeks later they had still not shipped. They charge you as soon as you order not when they ship like many reputable businesses. I sent countless emails (tickets) and they were always asking me to "wait little longer" as my dresses were "hot items". They make no effort to advise you of a backorder status when you are ordering either. After I realized that the dresses were not going to get to me in time for the events that I had ordered them for I asked that they cancel the order and refund me immediately. Then they started asking me if I would accept "store credit" instead of a refund. I stated that I would absolutely not accept store credit and they finally refunded me (with a $3/piece restocking fee).

Stay away from this place of business!

Where is my item?

I ordered a blouse over two months ago. I wrote them to ask where it is and they told me to go to my post office. I told them I would need a Canada Post tracking number if that were they case and they gave me theirs instead. I have written them a third time telling them that I can't use their tracking number to locate my order and that if I don't get confirmation on a location of the item by the end of the week, I will be requesting a refund. Their tracking website is useless too.

I ordered a dress and a swimsuit from them. I ordered according to their size guide and the dress is three sizes too small. I ordered and XL and it fits my M daughter. Both items are poor quality. It is nearly impossible to return the items. I have been in discussions with them for days and still no resolution.

They give you the choice of an expedited shipping. What they do not tell you is that the processing of the order itself will take about 3 to 4 weeks. As I read all these reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if the item is of very poor quality.

It is horrible

Ordered a dress in October and today is January 8th and still have not gotten it. Customer service is a joke and tracking is in Chinese. I have sent numerous messages with no resolution. I guess I'm just out the cost of the dress but I will be blasting Lulugal on social media
