A SCAM!

The dress looked beautiful on the website but the sizing is all messed up, it took forever to get it and it is a piece of crap. The material is incredibly cheap and the workmanship even worse. I should have read the reviews. Was considering trying to return it but after what I've read I think it will be too much aggravation.
NEVER AGAIN!

Shockingly bad

Thinking of buying a dress from this site, take a tip from me &. Dont bother. It was a load of rubbish, so badly made & material inferior. When you complain you get no satisfaction only excuses. Don't be a sucker too!

Scam! Scam! Scam!

I learned a lesson from this company. Never buy clothing off the internet and never buy stuff from sites like this. Don't be fooled like I was. Picture looked good. Size was terrible, material cheap, poor workmanship, return policy in poor English.

Disappointed

Saw clothes on facebook... Saw a sweater that was very different and ordered it o. November 27th 2016... after about 3weeks I did not received... I tried to contact company but there only number is out of the country... so I emailed several times and was told to wait... tired of waiting... Item was ordered through PayPal... I finally contacted paypal and they are taking care of it... thank you paypal... shame on this company for wasting everybody's time... terrible bad experience... should of read reviews... Will know better next time...

Terrible

Like many people I saw the advertisement for Lulugal on Pinterest and ordered 2 dresses, 3 jackets and a jumper in February 2017.
I waited 6 weeks and received the 2 dresses and 1 jumper. They were poorly made of low quality material and were the wrong sizes completely.
I am still waiting for the jackets (3 and half months later).
I have contacted the company 4 times to try and find out what is happening with the order. I have not had any of my correspondence answered.
I have wasted £200.
Do not waste your money or your time with this company.
The quality is poor and the service is beyond terrible.

Wanted to return a coat that I didnt like but no way to contact them!. You have to send them a 'ticket' and nobody responds. Only have 30 days to exchange so time has gone by now and I'm stuck with something that I'll never wear. Don't be conned by pictures and prices.

Rip Off Artists

I ordered. A $28 dress. When I received it, it was in terrible condition. The dress had 2 layers and the bottom layer was faded and stained with dye. Their website says EASY RETURNS. FALSE. Good luck contacting them for a refund. I had to throw the dress away.

Don't do it!

Takes forever. I believe it is rowed over by hand from Hong Kong. When it arrives, it won't fit. I wear a 16. I ordered a 2x to be sure. Cheap, unwearable lightweight fabric not at all like picture. Maybe a size 10 in American sizing. Also model must be 4' tall. Dress is way too short.

Deceptive

Extremely difficult to return anything! Only if they send the wrong item can you return anything.
There website makes it appear that they are in the USA but they are in China. The sizes run small. If it does not fit they will not give a refund or pay for postage.

I purchased a swim suit and then read all the reviews, I was so upset with myself. The suit came today and it looks like the one the model was wearing! No flaws the size could be a bit looser, but it does fit and will work. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Stay away!

I bought a coat in size US XL. The size they sent was (after measuring) a size 5.The quality was very poor and even if the coat was the right size, the cut would never have fit. I emailed them and only received automated responses. The coat was $55 and it cost me $35 to send it back to China. Save your money and stay away from this scam website.

This dress came straight from China with no invoice. Took a month to arrive. The dress is sewn badly, miles too small at an XL. I can't believe the fabric, it is a scratchy, gauzelike material I have seen cheap bags made of. If this is cotton then they did some chemical or some other manipulation. The worst, absolutely the worst. Site should be shut down. They have changed their name to liligirl. BEWARE

Worst ever do not buy
March 14, 2017

I opened a ticket to cancel my order approximately 1 hour after order was placed. They insisted on giving me a store credit. I sent them 4 messages stating that I need a credit back to my credit card. They are still insisting I will get a store credit. I will be filing a report with my credit card company now. Do not buy from this fraudulent online store!

I will just cut and paste an email I received from them, I think it says it all. Also I have reported them to the BBB.

"we are sorry for that and you can return it back. Have you review our return policy? But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time and we just refund you not include the shipping fee when we send the order for u. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation to you, you can use it next time. Pls advise"

This is a scam! Do not order. This is not a company. They'll gladly take your money and laugh! I ordered swimwear and received a tracking number. Two weeks later, it tracks in processing plant in Shang-hi China. I was a sucker and payed more for quick shipping. I should've checked the reviews first! I'm an idiot.

Made a purchase which did not fit the description. Tried, and tried and tried to contact Customer service to NO avail - the limited questionnaire kept telling me my Order # was non existent (!) and so no way to connect. I will be donating the item and STRONGLY advise against purchasing from this online retailer!

Don't buy from Lulugal

I ordered a dress & it took ages to arrive & it wasn't worth the wait. To say it doesn't look anything like the photo in their advert is an understatement. Apart from the awful quality it barely reached the top of my thighs & I am only 5'5". The company said I could only have a refund if I paid to return the dress 'to China' otherwise they would give me a credit on account but still have to pay to return the item. Obviously returning the dress at my cost wasn't viable due to the cost & as I'm never going to order from them again, I am left with nothing more than a rag. Lesson learnt & I hope nobody else orders from this company.

Unethical business

First of all, the company states the merchandise will ship in 24-hours, but it takes 1 - 1 1/2 months to receive it. Once received, the size and quality are not accurate or of good quality. Trying to return the merchandise lulu gal will offer you 20% of what you payed! However, they tell you to keep the merchandise (that is of poor quality and doesn't fit) and that is acceptable to them... no thank you China.

Returns aren't easy BEWARE! The coat I purchased had no button holes. I also had no return label in the package I received that should have been a red flag. I was told in an email that it wouldn't be worth my while to return the coat that they could work something out with me instead. How about my money back? I would not purchase from them again. They are giving their home country a bad name.
