Ordered my dress and 5 days later still never recieved an email confirmation so I decided to call. They told me "they couldn't find my order number" even after giving my name and email adress and asked if I could call back at a later time. I told her hell no im not calling back and if this is a scam just say that or stop wasting my time. A few minutes went by and all the sudden she had my order and the price and told me I would be getting a refund in 72 hours. Just to be sure I filed a claim with PayPal telling them I was promised a refund. Got an email from lukalula saying "due to corona virus they had to cancel my order and I will be receiving my refund" if I didn't reach out when I did they would have never sent that email I'm 100 percent sure of it. Be careful mommas and don't order from this website!

I should check the reviews before place the order. Very bad site can not cancel or track the order. Then their customer service is also really bad. Right now I want to cancel my order but site is not going after the link cancel the order. I had my maternity shoot scheduled and they didn't even shipped the item in the whole given period of delivery.

They took my money and never shipped the order. I have never received an order number, transaction id or any information related to my order but when I go to my search history it clearly shows that I have ordered two dresses but it does not show the order number. It is a clear scam and I am offering everyone who have gone through this awful experience to sign a petition and refer to Customer Protection Department so they will help to close this business so they will never steal money from people again.

This site is nothing but a scam! They don't even send you the same dress you pay for! The material is very cheaply made, the sizing is ridiculous! I bought a 2XL to accommodate my growing boobs. It came fitting loose everywhere except the boobs. The hem line stopped directly in the center of my nipples, and the hemline isn't even supposed to be visible according to the pictures of what I ordered. The top was supposed to be white lace. It was translucent and then the same colour as the dress so it looks like a nightie. Looks terrible. Material is terrible. Feels terrible. Please don't waste your money on this garbage. False advertisement at its finest. I posted a photo of the dress I thought I bought vs. What came in the mail. Completely different dresses.

They deserve ZERO STARS! Their products are made very cheaply and are not sized correctly. I have been trying for over a month to get a refund and they do not respond at all. I bought 3 dresses for my pregnant daughter, and she can not, nor will she wear these horrendous clothes (they looked beautiful in the photos online) and I'm out over $150.00. The lace is very cheap and scratchy, just what a pregnant woman wants. It looks like a really bad Halloween costume for a crazed fairy. The other dress is made a cheap crepe that looks & feels rough and practically see through. The 3rd was a velvet gown that has the weirdest off the shoulder sleeves that again a pregnant woman can not and should not wear. My daughter's breasts were falling out of the top, not a good look for an expectant mother. They should be made to shut down, they claim they will refund your money fir you are not happy but according to my experience and apparently alot of the other reviewers they are full of baloney and a bunch of crooks. Wish I had read the previous reviews, I NEVER would have bought from them. DON'T BUY ANYTHING, THEY ARE TERRIBLE

Have waited weeks for my maternity dress had to get a different dress for my shoot. There tracking system says it's been delivered and never received the item. Tried contacting through there website and it won't let me submit a ticket. My tracking information they emailed me with does not work on there website. I had to try and email them. I paid over 100 dollars and receive nothing. Do NOT order from here! It is a scam!

The website never send the dresses. I bought 2 dresses over a month ago. Now they don't even answer my emails anymore!

The pretty dresses you see on their website won't be the same as what you receive. What's more, not only they don't provide return label, where you ended up to pay an expensive international shipping fee, but also they won't refund you in the end! Just thieves!

Bought a few things from their website because they looked cute - they arrived and they were such poor quality and not true to size AT ALL so I organised a return... not knowing I'd have to post it all the way back to CHINA. Posted the return 3 months ago and still have not received ANY refund AT ALL. Customer service is HORRENDOUS and UNHELPFUL.

Be careful they now have a sister company website called yammp. Shop the send you the completely different order than you ordered. Then ask you to mail it to China if you want a refund. Look at the pictures of what I ordered from their website versus what actually arrived.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The clothes are nothing like what they look like on the website, and the quality is horrible. On top of that, it's literally the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. First of all, it took almost two weeks of back and forth emails before they would even send me a return address where I could ship clothes back to. They tried to negotiate even when I said I just want a return and refund, and also tried to have me pick out items from another random company apparently with a discount they would give me, instead of returning the clothes. None of it made sense, since their return policy clearly stated I could return for a refund within 30 days. When I finally got the address and could shop back, it cost me $100 to ship the items to china. Please warn any friends you have to not buy from this site. A complete scam and it's sad that they're preying on pregnant women with the maternity clothes they sell. Don't bother wasting you time, or money, with them! I guarantee you will be disappointed with your purchase to say the least.

They are breaking the law in Australia by refunding to refund me. I'll report them if they keep ignoring me.

This website lies, the customer service is horrible, the dress material is cheap and the sizing is so far off. When you contact customer service, you only get the same automated responses. Do not recommend buying anything from this website. It is more of a scam than an actual clothing line.

Provided me with an invalid tracking number, literally nothing pops up. Then saw terrible reviews after 7 days of purchase. Reached out to PayPal to hopefully receive full refund. Should have check my PayPal account after purchase because it was from a mass production company in china (order plus international limited) and didn't even say lukalula. Found a girl on YouTube that had the same issue and I guess the company told her to file police report after elevating claim via Paypal and threaten her that it would be on her record, when they were in the wrong. Haven't received any clothing yet or confirmation email. Tried canceling order and it gave me a blank order list. Wish I looked at reviews before buying on site. Found dresses via Pinterest, too bad they can't ban scams. Also was going to write a review on their website to warn others under the dress I purchased and it wouldn't allow me. Now, I'm assuming reviews on site are fake. Save yourself from the headache and don't buy from this site.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Absolutely garbage clothing, horrible quality and takes an extremely long time to arrive. Returns are beyond painful, they do not answer emails for two or more days and delay in providing their return shipping address (I am still waiting on "customer service" to give me an address to send back the package. They delay and delay, most likely to claim that you did not return the clothes within the allotted time frame. What a joke.

This website is a scam. The worst quality clothes EVER! I spent almos 250 dollars and they made it impossible to give me a refund. They wanted me to cover all shipping costs (including initial shipping). They kept offering me $50 which I ended up having to settle for because of how impossible they made it for me to return their horrible items. The dresses with "sequins" are as if a kindergartner glued glitter on them. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE!

Havent received my order after 6-7 weeks. The email bounces back that they supply. They do not have any real information about the company or how to contact them. Do not buy from here.

Amazon needs to pull their ads. No phone numbers to speak to a person. Based out of the ‘UK', dealing with a different person from China warehouse with every email. They sent me a costume not a maternity dress then said I would get a full refund- send a pic of receipt. They refunded me 40 for the dress, not the return shipping. So I'm out 250 dollars now. Way to take advantage of pregnant women!
