I must admit that after ordering flowers for a friend, I was quite worried when I read all of the negative reviews. However, I needn't have worried. My friend received her lovely bouquet on time and was over the moon with them. Well done Lovely Flora World!
I ordered the joyful bouquet with 50% extra + birthday balloon and spent £20 on a few carnations I could have picked up for £5 in Aldi! Very disappointed with what arrived as the balloon was also broken beyond repair. Although the flowers arrived on the day I asked for I feel the quantity that arrived is poor & would definitely not purchase from them again!
Taking money from people on false pretences thats what i call it! Can't believe this company is still trading after so many complaints,
Flowers turned up late, 4 days! Then died after 2. The worse service ever. I will not be using them again
I ordered flowers on Saturday afternoon, was told be email that they were ready for delivery on Monday evening. Today is Thursday and no sign of them at my friend's address. So much for "order the flowers between 17.00 Friday and 17.00 Monday and they will be delivered on Tuesday. Seriously disappointed with this firm, still no flowers and will never use again. The terms and conditions mean they can just about do what they like and you can't do anything about it!
I have a question why are you still trading? I can't believe this company is still trading after so many complaints, ruined special occasions. I just hope everyone who has complained have reported them to trading standards and contacted the media, because people like this this should never run a business.
Received roses at 9am. Sorted them immediately went out for lunch when I came back they had wilted One had survived. Bunch only fit for the bin. Tried to e-mail said site was not recognised I shall FB my friends to warn them not to use this company. I had to rate this before review would submit. One star but I wouldn't give any
I wish I had seen these reviews previous to buying I am absolutely disgusted by what I had delivered dead squashed flowers no bigger than an average £5 bunch from Tesco! This company should be banned from trading

I ordered flowers for my Mum which turned up late plus they were dead! I have contacted the company twice for a refund and they haven't replied. AVOID AVOID!
My daughter ordered me flowers from this so called company. They arrived a day late and are almost dead they dont deserve to trade they want closin down
My order was not delivered on time: despite confirmation from the company assuring me it would be. They delivered the flowers 2 days late. The flowers were submitted standard and not really worth even the discountedge price. Very poor. When I asked for a refund the refused... twice... luckily I paid on credit card so I am taking the issue up with them...
Ordered lollipop bouquet got a bunch of carnations a bit of gyp stuck in a plastic sleeve. Emailed a complaint... no response. Not happy

20 white roses were ordered and paid for.
When i asked my friend had they arrived she said no, then rang me the next day saying they had arrived and were dead.
It took a week to reach her.

No delivery but taken my money! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Needs to be shut down! You cannot email as it comes back undeliverable! Absolute rogues to do this to people!
My poor mum received a bunch a cheap horrid flowers instead of a beautiful bouquet that I chose and sent. I'm so gutted. Avoid at all costs!
