My daughter order me roses for mothers day and they were limp and half dead when they arrived, even after trying to save them they just looked dead.
I order a bouquet for the 1st of May and it didn't disappoint. This was the second bouquet I have ordered. Will use again

Sent the wrong colour flowers a day early in poor condition for a funeral and offered a 50 % discount... no apologies no remorse avoid

I was meant to recieve flowers from my sons for mothers day which was Sunday flowers got ordered in time on Wednesday ready to be delivered Saturday before Mothers dsy on the Sunday a tracked payment of £4.95 was also paid but there was no tracking messages sent and no delivery on the Saturday as stated from the company Sunday and Monday still no flowers and still no messages company was contacted by email and phone call which was only a recorded message they were asked if they could contact us and they didn't. Last night a txt message was sent stating royal mail would be delivering flowers between 10.00 and 2.00 today the flowers arrived just after 11.00 this morning and what a disgrace they are. They were white roses with a flex of pink in the centre and a balloon which wasn't ordered Pink roses with a bow and balloon were ordered and paid for the flowers are all dead not worth what was paid for supermarket flowers are better. I was upset my sons are upset i have involved the bank now and raised a dispute with this corrupt thieving company so please do not order from this company they have upset alot of people regarding no delivery of flowers when supposed to and are just scamming vulnerable people, children who wanted flowers for there mums, for Mothers day.
Have a look on there page what the flowers are supposed to be like The bright pink roses are what i was meant to recieve below are the flowers i recieved all dead. No bow are wrapped nicely as seen in pictures what they are advertising. Hope they get prosecuted the amount of money they have taken from customers.

Have had flowers delivered today, they have been delivered on the correct date but flowers are half dead very disappointed as they were for my wife.
I was badly let down by this company and would seriously consider looking at another company if you would want flowers delivered on time for a special occasion. I ordered there special adapted mother day flowers with them on Wednesday 23rd for delivery on Saturday 26th, I got an e-mail from Royal Mail on 13.48 on Saturday 26th saying that have received them at Greenford MC and wouldn't be delivered until Monday 28th I was able to go into RM tracking system, having managed the system in the past and I could see lovely flowers failed there final despatch time on Thursday 24th. I had no notification or communication to this effect even that they knew that they had failed there final despatch time on the Thursday and that the flowers would not be delivered before mother days. I contacted the them via e-mail On 26 Mar 2022 15:44, I got this reply, which in my opinion is very poor customer service,
