Shocking. Ordered flowers on the 11th Feb. Was told I had to pay £5 for a tracked delivery service for delivery by the 13th(these were for valentine's Day so I paid it)
I got a confirmation email saying my flowers would arrive by the 13th and I would get another email with tracking info.
I've gotten nothing since. No tracking nothing. The flowers didn't arrive on the 13th either. So now they are useless.
Don't say you can deliver items by a certain date if you can't honour them.
Also not responding to my emails or messages and don't answer the phone.
Will be contacting my bank for a refund! AVOID
EDIT: they have deleted my Facebook comments calling them out and others.
Also they have only just sent me a link to tracking showing the flowers have been sent at the post office TODAY! Not Thursday like they said. Shocking company who post fake reviews from made up accounts on here. AVOID

I ordered the flowers for friends birthday Disappointed in the fact the flowers were delivered a day early!
My order did not arrive on the selected delivery date. Gave it an extra day then tried to contact the company. Not easy. The link on their acknowledgement of my order did not work. Its not easy to find any contact details that actually work on their website. One email link wouldn't allow it to send. Eventually found one that does. They were prompt with their reply, saying the delivery address I requested was wrong and they had tried to call me and email me. No contact had been made. When I had placed the order, I had correctly given full details. Therefore the address and my contact phone number they were cross referencing to me that were slightly wrong, ie the 1st line if the delivery address and the 0 from a mobile number missing I feel were done deliberately by them to make me think I had made an error when I know I hadn't, to either cover up their mistake, or hoping I wouldn't bother and make some profit from me. However, I persevered, and they said my order will be dispatched the next day with delivery the following one. Having read other feedback via this site, I said when a healthy bouquet is delivered on time, I would leave the appropriate feedback. So overall, once I entered into a dialogue with them, despite being lied too, ( I've worked with primary children and now with secondary school children, so can spot and know all the tricks / excuses, was just like being at work!) their replys were quick. My order was eventually delivered on the day they told me, and the recipient was pleased with them, and they were fresh, not half dead like some of the reviews say. I will not use them again. Broken consumer trust

Ordered a Valentine Gift of flowers, chocolates, ballon etc. on 13 evening that shows dispached, i waited untill late evening on 14 valentines day, i emailed them but still customer service executive named Tanisha, wrote to me that flowers can be delivered untill 8 pm, i waited again untill 8 pm and emailed again for the status, but no response, i asked for the refund but, they not bothered at all and the problem is the person who so ever is operating this companyyou can not contact them, every time i emailed them wrote to them PLEASE CALL ME BUT NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
No calls untill now to solve customer query, or for the courtesy sake speak to the customer who ordered something from your company. Not at all sence of responsibility at all playing with the sentiments PLAYING WITH SENTIMENTS AND EMOTIONS OF THE CUSTOMERS.
