In all of my years of travel I have never experienced anything quite like this! Booked a holiday for our Son's 21st birthday, we could not make the dates, were told to go through Manage my booking, doesn't work, told to cancel the flights as this would help with new ones...was then told the hotel was no longer available - after nearly three hours on chat I received a patronising "final message" before they closed the chat!

Told I could use my flights and no-one else could...YOU TOLD ME TO CANCEL THE FLIGHTS - Contacted Easyjet for them to state that they have refunded the money back to Loveholiday and that I have no seats, no money, £559! Guess what, LH can't help me so out of pocked! Crooks!

We were sold "an upgrade" and paid for it too thinking the room will be much better. It's not been 24 hours since we paid our deposit and now being told the room only comes with 1 double bed for 4 of us. Kids have to use sofa bed.I paid 4k for my kids to sleep on the sofa? You cant call them after you've paid your deposit. Live chat says they are a third party agency so can only request 2 beds to be put in the room but no guarantee.wtf.we are already not looking forward to this.absolutely shocking service.I would never recommend this company to anyone.stay away, save your hard earned money.why did they not mention the beds when selling the upgrade? Now they say they cant do anything? Absolute clowns running a circus.go elsewhere people the service is appaling
Booked holiday to lanzarote, day before departure, message to say main pool was closed but this would have no effect on our holiday so no need to reply to the message. I was unable to reply anyway as Stuart has closed the chat. On arrival at hotel, we were informed pool was closed with the last 4 days and would be closed for 6 weeks, funny as love holidays are still advertising hotel with pool open. We asked hotel to be relocated but were told this would require a charge despite not being our fault. We decided to make the most of our holiday and use the 2 small pools. On Tuesday morning we walked out to the small pool only to see the workers digging across the pathway, dust was blowing everywhere and noise was awful. I rang love holidays to lodge a complaint and stated our issues, I was told someone would contact me. Later that day I received an email to explain what our issues were despite having told all information on phone. I replied to email Wednesday and on Thursday morning at 8.50am while travelling on a day trip I received a phone call from hotel saying I was being relocated, I informed hotel that we were gone for the day and seeing as we were leaving Saturday morning early there was no point at this stage, they rang back to offer a Premier drink package but we were all ready all inclusive with 2 under 18's in our party so what benefit was that to us. At around 11.30 am I received email from Chris to say seeing as I had refused all options offered that case was closed and no further compensation would be offered. I have emailed and left a review on their questionnaire but no further correspondence from them. Basically we all work hard through out the year to afford these holidays and to think they show no respect is awful. I would never again deal with them.
I know they look like they have high reviews on trustpilot but please try read between the lines and see the more prominent bad ones coming up. I originally booked a hotel through agoda S/C but saw loveholidays offering a better deal all inclusive and poolview. Free WiFi in rooms aswell as other areas
I screenshotted the poolview I paid for yet afterthought they sent a email with it just saying room so downgraded and when I got to hotel of course I didn't get poolview but was told by reception WiFi in rooms is €10 A DAY Love holidays have try to palm me off on this so I 100% believe it is them guilty of false advertising as reading other reviews they too have paid for something and loveholidays have sent in email something different they have no email address or way to contact
The only reason they've emailed me instantly since is because I left my reference on trustpilot
But they basically tried to call me a liar and won't compensate if I'd don't jave proof despite them already having proof no pool view unfortunately for them after they sent that last message I got confirmation back from the hotel there's a daily charge to the hotel if you want WiFi in your actual room
So will be going to the bank and feel sorry nor just for other customers theyve pulled this with but for the Hotels aswell who will get the flack for it at first. Not fair on them and I will book direct with hotel in future
Was paying for a trip to Las Vegas on a monthly basis after two months I wanted to change my travel dates. Had a call from live holidays to say it would easier to cancel and rebook using the money I'd already paid as a deposit
They cancelled the holiday and now won't get back to me to rebook - customer service won't talk to me it was nearly £500 thieves
They use a taxi company that doesn't exist when you come to Rome, so they take a couple of hundred euro off you for a transfer that will never happen. I saw several other families getting done by the same scam on our flight. If Loveholidays do this every flight, think how much money they are stealing per day! Disgusting.

I've tried to contact them several times, but they hang up or bounce back my emails containing proof of their scam. The people who work for them should be ashamed, as there is blood on their hands too. You are ALL thrives, not just the company.

Note: I've attached a copy of the booking confirmation and the "taxi" company name. Be sure to Google the taxi company; it makes for shocking reading. Endless reviews saying exactly what I've said above. If I can discover the company Loveholidays is using is a scam in a one second search, how can they not? You know why? Because Loveholidays set the scam up.
Do not use them. Once I have your money they do not care.
They failed to deliver what was presented on their website and when challenged basically rebuffed all the information. Do not waste your money at all as you will be very disappointed.
Had poo and blood stains on mattresses when arrived contact love holidays who assured me they would contact me back the same night. They never did we were forced to sleep on stinking mattresses for the night.

Please avoid this company. I booked an all inclusive holiday to Egypt. Flight was days and given a budget hotel in Zurich. Missed one day from our hotel and requested a refund for that day as it was not our fault. Worst customer services and they will never ever refund any money even you had your worst holiday.
Price is reasonable for my holiday but o could not travel due visa problem.They did not make it clear.I phoned Air line about having booking but they did not find the solution.Whilst I found the problem when I got to the Airport it was too late.
As I did not fly I contacted Loveholidays they said I am not eligible for any refund.Atleast they could have refunded my hotel booking money as a loyalty.

I was informed via a no reply email from love holidays that my flight times have changed for a holiday that I booked for 7 people. The email forwarded to me from the airlines was non-sensical with an unworthy link that didn't allow you to link to the problem. When I enquired to love holidays about the problem I was brutally informed that I either accept the changes, cancel the booking or make alternative plans for flying. No compassion or information about how the decision I make will affect the outcome. I was contacted by an agent who said I was ignoring their emails without my regard to the fact that I was working away from home. The person I spoke to was authoritative, non empathetic and verging on rude and misogynistic. I had to remind him I am the customer and I am in this situation I'm faced it is no fault of my own but there was no support in helping me make a decision and that I booked in good faith at which point he changed his attitude. Nevertheless he remained unhelpful but more polite. I agreed to change my flights to meet our holiday requirements which he obligingly agreed to sort out. As this holiday is entirely booked via an agent I'd assume the necessary paperwork would be sorted out. I asked many questions prior to this point and I was unable to get a straight forward answer with various agents dodging the questions and the answer. Finally new flights were booked but only to realise that it appeared that I owed a huge amount of money. It was only when I questioned this I found out that love holidays expects me to cancel my booking with the airlines. I pointed out as the agency this should be their responsibility. Nevertheless to move this on I contacted the airlines only to be told that without the credit card used to book the flights (agency) email address (agency) and the booking reference(agency) I cannot proceed. Is there an end to this saga? It's ongoing and stressful and not reached a resolution…….
Love holiday I feel embarrassed as I recommended you to my family only to be confronted by this poor level of service. It will be my last booking with you for sure. The poor policy in your complaints procedure which doesn't allow me to make a formal complaint is appalling as this is dealt under cloak and dagger process.
Awful customer service, when you do get through to a human you are greeted with very poor customer service and rudeness. Will never use again.
My daughter and her boyfriend book a holiday on a Friday to fly out 8 days later.Love holidays took the payment in the Friday and a few hours later told them that there were no seats left on the plain. They are still waiting on their refund 7 days later. This means that they have no money to book a flight for their chosen weekend. BEWARE

I have to say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish for us. I see some bad reviews but I can honestly say we had the most amazing time and I found the company great. Regular emails and reminders and all the info we needed to make our trip smooth.
My sister, mum and myself went to Venice for a three day weekend break for mums birthday. We had a four star hotel right next to the Rialto bridge. Car parking at the airport, flight and transfer were all seamless! I have never booked a holiday like this as I usually do all the components separately but I have to say all the stress was taken away booking with love holidays and all for a brilliant price.
Maybe we were just lucky but I will definitely take my chances again! Thankfully I didn't need to get in touch with customer services or helplines because it all went perfectly so I can't comment on that side if things.
I booked two holidays in October of 2022. Received confirmation for one but not the other. The one that I did receive the confirmation upon checking my booking there were only one room selected and no special request included. I've yet to receive the booking confirmation for one, despite it being over 3 months. The deposits and subsequent payment have been taken. However one day before departure I login to see cancelled, and that I in fact owe £80 for the holiday which I can no longer attend. I've been unable to reach anyone through live chat or over the phone for this entire period.
Booked a holiday back in May 2022 for the following May 2023 because it seemed a good deal. Our mistake of booking so far in advance our circumstances have changed and want to amend the holiday to later in the year. Says do it online you can't unless you pay for a whole new holiday despite it says you can amend booking which to me means amend original booking not book a complete new holiday at another cost. Manage to speak to a call centre female who said she would help amend it. Took 40 minutes waiting to speak to a human then 50 minutes trying to explain to her what the changes were. She kept putting me on hold as I think we were a bit lost in translation. Almost sorted out after I had to give her new flight numbers and spell place names for her off of her own site. Then just before I thought the process was finally sorted at long last the phone her end got cut off. So now I've checked on my app and nothing has changed it's still got the original booking on there! I've spoken to the ombudsman and by the sound of it I'm not the first one to have reported them. Good luck people but I think you might find they get lost in translation.
