I ordered the premium printed leggings the first time, in size S (per the sizing chart). The material is sheer - I wondered if maybe the sizing chart was a little off, so I ordered another pair in size M. The M has come and my size S and size M are absolutely identical in measurements. I also ordered some pencil skirts. These aren't sheer, but one skirt has a logo in what has to be the most inconvenient place - rendering the skirt almost unwearable (short of trying to remove the logo myself). The only redeeming feature of these transactions has been the price - so I'm guessing this is a case of "you get what you pay for". But since I bought at such a discounted amount and some people I am sure would pay full price, it's a sham.

Then, disappointingly, in my search for more leggings with awesome prints, I discovered that Lotus Leggings is a company that steals the designs of other brands and artists. I won't be buying from here again. Recommend strongly that you don't either.

The product itself: Sizing is pretty standard, I'm typically a size small and the small fits well. The material is very soft and the patterns are super unique. Which is honestly where they earn their 2 stars. Unfortunately, try as they may to sell these pants as "not see through", it's a complete lie. Even without bending, you can see straight through the pair that I bought (Kraken Pattern). I'm glad I workout at home or I'd be sending these back for sure. It's as thin as pantyhose when I bend or move.

Shipping: Took forever.

Customer service: Atrocious. My package was misdelivered by my mailman and was missing for 3 days. When I contacted the company their attitude was essentially "not our problem. That's yours". Which is against the law and had my product not shown up I was going to have to disputed the charges versus the company doing anything to solve the issue themselves.

Do not buy dresses unless you have the money to send it back. Their website says free exchanges, so I thought I'd try it. I was measured by a professional and used their sizing chart, but even with lycra material it's too small. Uncomfortably so on the top. When I contact them for exchange, as their page states, they say I have to pay to ship it back. How is that free? Their page clearly states for returns and refunds you must pay to ship back and restock fee. For exchanges just says within 7 days, unworn, undamaged and unwashed, and to contact them to start. They are misleading in many ways! They also say they are an American company, but everything appears to be done in China and order takes over a month to arrive.

After I submitted this review, and on other sites, they responded to one saying they were sorry, they never wanted this to happen, and if I contact them they would like to make it right. I had been contacting them already, to no avail. When I contacted them again about that response to my review I was told that because they respect and empower women they must treat them all the same, so they cannot do anything for me! Then why even make the hollow gesture? Public forum, of course. Can't make them look bad online without them trying to pretend they care. (See Trustpiolt for their respose)

You would NEVER get away with this in Australia. You sign up for a "test" pants and they SUBSCRIBE you without making it CLEAR AND OBVIOUS, you have to look in extremely FINE print,, and they take your money every month out of your credit card account. IT IS A SCAM. Do not EVER purchase from them, DONT DO IT. Read all the warnings.
