Quality of the T shirt was fine but it was miles to big and to return it to China was far to costly.
The hooded art sweatshirt on the other hand, although I ordered the same size was far too small. I only just managed to wriggle into it and it was too uncomfortable to wear. A pity as the colours were really different and very nice. The quality just wasn't there and the fit was dreadful. I am a size 10 and normally haven't experienced such issues.

What I thought was a jumper it wasn't, it was a sweat shirt with a knitting print top. What I thought was a blouse, was a white t shirt with cream lace sleeves. The dress has the waist of a size 14. And the beaded glasses necklace had two lobster claw attachments which were no good for connecting to your glasses, these attachments are used for jewllery.

Great choice of style, colour, pattern, but alas sizing completely out, I ordered small and some of t-shirts were more like tunics. Quality of workmanship poor. One t- shirt arrived unfinished with raw edges and no hems.
Customer services not good. Despite following exact instructions I have yet to receive a full refund.
Returned goods over 3 weeks ago. My request for information ignored.

Easy too use, good value for money, but could be improved by using size guide, 8, 10, 12 etc. Now that the clothes have arrived my wife is very happy with them, and she looks great in them. I shall certainly use this site again.

Information on products. And am worried about any costs of returning damaged or found the phones much more complex to set up than was expecting. Had to rely on expert help, as instructions were too numerous and on all items.! One phone has very quiet dialling volume! Other 2 are ok? Loudspeaker is hard to control without getting interference. Good looking phones, nice to hold. Better than our previous Phones.

First time, and very disappointed with the quality of goods supplied. Not what they look
Like on the screen. Dress wrong size, even though that was my size with every other supplier. Probably won't be buying again.

Have to be very careful about sizing. Make sure you get the right measurements for each individual garment as it's not standard sizing across the whole collection. I'm hoping when it says linen that it really is.

Ordered 2 tops, a dress and shoes which took 3 weeks to arrive. When Hermes delivered they left parcel in front garden in the rain in not an obvious position. No note was put through my letterbox to this effect. Fortunately, a passer-by noticed it (after? Days) and parcel very wet. Goods were in plastic bag fortunately. Also found the postage charge to be extortionate.

Quality of clothing is good but some tops are too big. Will have make some amendments myself.

Advertising says buy 5 get 6th free. Doesn't apply for some reason.

Easy website, pretty styles, order arrived within a few days. Overall a good experience until I looked at the quality of the clothes. Unfortunately they are quite poor and, looking at the finish, are mass produced from cheap materials, buttons etc. It's a pity as the marketing and photos are misleading. However, perhaps I should have had lower expectations as the prices were very good. Pity. I was looking forward to wearing something different but am returning them all. Sorry, that's honest.

Too many pages of duplicate items - if multiple sellers of same item then list once and give sellers as a choice with the price they charge. Plus material descriptions are very very poor on clothing items - I would not have bought 3 of the 4 items I ordered if the description had been correct - - cotton usually seems to mean polyester, wool seems to mean polyester, silk seems to mean polyester - perhaps you can see a pattern here. Also do not expect there to be any stretch in material so you need at least 2 sizes above normal. T shirts seem to be the only item of clothing one can rely at all on.

A big let down. Not as depicted in the pictures online. Very cheaply made. Uneven stitching, loose threads, wonky seams, cheap horrible fabric... then upon trying to return them realised I had to pay to ship them all the way to China! I have reluctantly accepted a 15% refund and they will be donated to a charity shop

I was excited to receive my order and was really pleased with some items but disappointed by the quality and size of two items, that did not look like their pictures. I'd like to return them for a refund but haven't yet received a response so would advise caution when ordering.

1.The cardigans were advertised as having 25% off if you bought 2 but I was charged the full price at checkout so I took one off.
It arrived today. So disappointed. The quality is really poor and not at all like the picture. In the picture the wool looks almost fluffy, certainly substantial or heavy. In fact it is thin and cheap. The label stitching can be seen on the right side and there are one or two snags. It looks like a rag. Do not be fooled. I want to send it back but it would cost me £11.70.

Although I eventually received my full order, I was not expecting such a long lead time whilst the goods were produced and sent from abroad. Not somewhere to go if you want you items promptly and this should be made clearer at the point of ordering. Goods were acceptable quality for the price.

Great. Service clothes were all beautiful and delivered on the date stated. However, I was bitterly disappointed in my purchase, the dress was very badly made at the neckline and you can clearly see the poor quality stitching and the neckline was all out of shape, does quality control bother to check these mistakes before posting?

Very good could spend a fortune but I will be back next month don't worry. Received my first item today and I'm very pleased with it. So good to have such a good choice of clothes and shoes especially in plus sizes. I'm so glad I discovered Lotimena as items are not just aimed at young people and prices are very reasonable. Very easy to spend lots of money on wonderful items for me and my family, Socks, t-shirts and a gorgeously soft and warm cardigan. Very happy with items received and surprised at speed of the delivery from Hong Kong. Recommend.
