I got an auto reply confirmation of my order and then nothing. No response to emails and it is impossible to find an address for them. I finally received part of my order 14 days after the order, part the main part was not there, marked 'not despatched'. No explanation and no response to my email queries and no refund forthcoming. The P&P is high but you don't find that out until the final stage of purchase. The two items that did arrive do not look like the pictures, cheap fabric, poorly made. Avoid!

One of the items was really nice, one was OK but rather shoddy sewing and the other 2 shirts were nice but too small. I am a size 14 and the medium was more of a size 12 for 2 of the items, one was fine.

Easy site to follow? I never used this site before but found the experience fine. The product looked exactly as the advertisement. As I am short in height, I will hem it but I expected this. Otherwise it was true to size.

Yes, I did receive my order probably 2 weeks after the initial order was placed.
I was however, very disappointed with the quality of the items and returned all with the exception of a T-shirt.
However, a further issue arose when I enquired about the return policy/ address.
It was to be returned to China, and one has to pay for this oneself, which nowadays is unusual in itself. Returning goods to China is a costly exercise! It cost €35 to return to the address given.
It is a week since they were posted and I have yet to hear whether they have been received and it is only then that I will be refunded (hopefully!).
Given everything outlined above, I will not be ordering goods through Lotimena again

Unfortunately the item (top) was not as described in details as referred to knitwear when in fact it was material so not my view of knitwear so will therefore return the item. I am so disappointed as the photograph looked very promising.

The skirt did not look much like the skirt I ordered, it was a stretched version of a smaller size. Also the fabric is very synthetic feeling and not the kind of polyester I expected.
I think the shipping is expensive and am not prepared to pay it to send it back.

I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery which was excellent. But I am very disappointed for receiving the wrong product. I have ordered Long Sleeve Floral-Print Women s Winter Coats Light Blue Colour and I have received something similar but not as pretty, in a dark blue colour and different flowers. The item received is like an indoor gown which I will keep as it has a good quality and it is well finished. But I do not think that I can wear it outside the house. The knit socks that I have ordered is not the same either but I will keep as it has a good quality and it has a good finishing. I would love to continue to shop with you as you seem to have really nice and different products but the question is are you going to send the correct one? Should you not ask the customer if they want to receive what you are suggesting? Marta O'Neill - Jersey - United Kingdom

I liked all the styles on offer and ordered two dresses. Although they are both the same size one is a snug fit and the other is like a tent. I still like the styles but dong think the fabric used would enable them to 'hang' as the dressses on your models

Easy to use web site and great to see the actual garment measurements show below the size selected to save refering to the chart all the time. I thought the prices seemed very reasonable until the actual items turned up. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The items look poor quality and cheap and despite the claim they are cotton or cotton mix they both feel and look very synthetic. I wouldn't buy from this company again.

I ordered a number of items and, without exception, I was disappointed with all of them. The earrings actually didn't match, but it would have been too much hassle to send them back (they weren't expensive). I wouldn't buy from Lotimena again.

The ordering process was excellent and easy, no hiccups!... I am now waiting to see how long the purchases take to arrive, plus, I am excited to see the quality of the ordered items - then wearing them in the warmer Spring weather... hoorah!

I got a range of shirts for a friends 50th birthday. The delivery was satisfactory. The printing was fine.
The finish on the hems at the bottom and on the sleeves was non existent or shoddy.
There is no way I would ever use this company again.

Dress received after some delay. Unpacked - fit poor far too large and shapeless. Tried to return. Dress cost was £16 + £6 approx postage and packing. On request for return lable I was told that in order to return it I would have to pay the cost of postage to China. Packed up dress, queued at post office to find cost of postage back to China wa £16. Did not return dress and had to accept £4 discount to price. I will not be buying from Lotinmena again.

It was my first order. You advertise Free Shipping on the website. I could not enter the FREE code. Was this because I had entered M10 for an order over £50 and could not enter FREE as well. Disappointed, but I hope the goods are worth it.

Easy to order and could have ordered a lot more but waiting to see the quality & sizingpleased with the pink dress but disappointed with the green coloured one. Sizing & material not sat isfactory. No return label so stuck with it.

The quality of this top is very poor, it looks nothing like the picture. It is a polyester, very thin and flimsy material with a printed picture. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping with Lotimena again

I ordered a beautiful floral jumper but what I received was a very dull T-SHIRT with the flowers printed on it! I will never shop with you again I've messaged all my friends some photos to demonstrate how disappointed I was. They too will tell all their friends not to shop with you either.

Ordering was easy, but the 4 tops were delivered in 3 parcels. I placed the order on 4th May, but the final 2 arrived on 10th June.

The first top did not look as good as in the picture. I liked the second, but it had a small hole in it. The remaining 2 are OK, but not as nice as I had hoped from the pictures.
