It is awful. I wasted so much time browsing the beautiful pictures and making decisions about what to buy. And then when I received my order-- it is so different from the picture and the quality is poor. Products made in China are both cheap and good nowadays but Lotimena just brought shame to "made in China". I am SO DISAPPOINTED. Now I need to spend 25 pounds to return them.

Neither items were true to size the tee shirt was only for a joke so I made do. The dress I couldn't even get on. When it came to returns I was told it would cost a lot to return it and it would take a long time to get a refund. I was offered 15% of the value and keep the dress, which I decided to take, the dress will go to a charity shop. I wait to see whether I get any refund!

I'm sorry to be negative but I took all the items straight to the charity shop. I felt the sizings were all wrong. I'm normally a 10 but everything was slightly too tight in the body and far too big on the arms. The items looked gorgeous online but were very cheap unpleasant materials in reality. They weren't expensive and it was certainly worth a try. My local charity shop benefited so it wasn't wasted.

My fault that I didn't read the returns info But to offer 15% cash as an alternative to returning is an insult.
There would be no way I could get the parcel returned to you in the timescale you set.

Dreadful experience. I registered online that I wished to return my purchase, this was acknowledged by lotimena on 9th August and I am still waiting for a refund. Today I was told I was out of the time limit for a refund. Will I ever get a refund?

On Receipt of the dresses I wished to return them both because these were full length but I wanted calf length as shown in the illustration and the red and blue floral dress was appalling having an inserted piece of fabric in the front of the dress. It was the most shoddy dress Ihave ever seen and Istill have not received a refund. In spite of requesting a return address frequently I stillhave not received one

I I have received the wrong item. The item I received has lots of flowers all over it - nothing like the item I chose which was printed in a way it looked as though it was lots of squaares ssewn together in mainly pale blue colour. I

At last a website that supplies beautiful and unusual clothing items. Such choice and excellent quality. I am looking forward to getting my next order in.

Very easy and straightforward, great website but only part order arrived within couple of weeks. Still waiting for 4 items. Not worn or washed anything yet so hoping quality is as good as they look.

Dress length too long for me and I ordered other dress wrong size my fault. Will give both to charity, Tops were fine.

The clothing i ordered and received are totally different. In style sizing and shape. Very disappointing... Will not be using this website again

Great & easy shopping at remarkable prices postage spoils it so your not really getting goods at cost price but still a great website with lots to choose from would 100% recommend

Easy to use but would like more uk sizes! They sent the wrong size so disappointing. Other 2 items were correct and fitted well. For the prices paid they looked good!

You said that i would get no shipping fee with my first order and then at the final end of payment it was slipped on. The quality of items are rubbish

Site difficult to navigate and pictures not great of the clothes. Shipping cost not clear I had thought it was £6... something but ended up as £9 which was very annoying

Do NOT waste your money on this company. My tops arrived today and the are just a load of rubbish cheap material not fit for purpose. They are going in the bin. I don't know how this Company is getting away with it putting beautiful pictures on Facebook and sending something completely different. Please be aware it is a total scam. Would cost more to send them back to China where they are made in those sweat factories DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FAKE ADS YOU WILL REGRET IT

Wonderful, lots of amazing colourful clothing, easy to navigate around site. However disappointed, as item received was poor quality and was a completely different colour to the picture.

Product looks good in the pictures and there is nothing wrong with the quality BUT like so many sites the sizing isn't great. Not as baggy as I had expected.
Will be re-gifting.

Everything was fine apart for delivery time. It took more than one month from time order placed. I had little confidence when delivery would take place.
