Took 1 month to get products. Had to rmail several times to complain that i had mot received the products. 2 dresses chosen did not truelly look like the picture sdvertised

They need to get their sizing better, it was disappointing but after looking at reviews went a size larger than i would normally take but it was still way too small.

Pretty blouses at pretty good prices!
I have sent 3 to my daughter-in-law to cheer her up, and her son liked one of them so much he is now wearing it!

First time I used Lotimena. Firstly I was unable to use the first time free delivery code at checkout the website wouldn't accept the code FREE so I had to pay over £8 for delivery. I complained but even after two weeks have heard nothing back. Secondly the items I ordered were delivered incorrectly, not the items I ordered. So now if I do happen to hear ever again from Lotimena, I will either lose over £38 or have to pay another £8 to send the items back I did not order. So all in all I wont be using Lotimena again or recommending them.

Good web site. Easy to use.
Quality of sweatshirt very poor. Not really a sweat shirt. Heavy t shirt a better description. Size? Sent back. Too big. Material not nice.

Came as ordered. Good condition. Used Hermes. They have been scammed and Hermes deliveries seem to get an additional message demanding more money for delivery. Did not pay. Delivered on time.

A long wait before they arrive. Also I had already bought two dresses previously but they weren't counted towards the free shipping, which is expensive for delivery.

I wanted to get my dear wife a new dress for her birthday. Lotimena filled the bill admirably: an attractive product delivered in perfect condition in good time.

First time shopping here... will judge on delivery... hopeful! Saw something in an ad on my i. Pad, thought it would be a brilliant gift, ordered it and hey presto... it is here!

Items looked great on the website, but definitely not as good when the order received. To return the items seems like a nightmare as they have to go back to China, not satisfactory and WILL DEFINITELY NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE COMPANY AGAIN, bad move. Wish I had read all the comments about this company/quality of items prior to ordering!

With so many items of clothing to choose from took quite a long time to make a decision. Obviously not a problem! Plus your system worked pretty efficiently!

Price alters every time you try and check out and always increases.
Delivery was quite long time but eventually came. Items all very well made and fitted nicely

Ordering was quick and efficient = I have yet to see what the quality of the shirt is like or the efficiency of delivery - as this is my first order
It took 2 weeks to arrive.

I cannot believe this company is still in business... The clothes are appalling, shoddy and completely different to the photographs advertising them! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Original order…. Wrong size sent…. Sent XL when I ordered 2XL. I requested address to send item back.

I'll keep this simple, look at the photo of what was ordered vs what was sent.
Ordered a nice flowery jumper, received a nasty printed polyester piece of rubbish!

Not at all impressed was sent a message by Lotimena to say my order had not been processed when it had so ended up placing the same order again and despite several emails to them requesting an address where I could return the second order I got no reply to any of my emails and I am now stuck with clothes I don't want

Found site by accident, great clothes, gifts to choose from, easy to use and order, look forward to products arriving, good quality will now order again

Great easy website, lovely clothing I really like different designs sorry I haven't discovered this one before, hope the clothing is as good as it looks!

Very cheerful colours. Extra large was a little on the generous side for me. English size 16
Will still enjoy wearing them. In future I will try the large size.
