HERE WE GO AGAIN, YOUR CLOTHES ARE BEYOND TERRIBLE, I FOLLOWED ALL YOUR INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RETURNS POLICY, I PAID £25 POUNDS TO RETURN TO CHINA, I CHECKED THE TRACKING NUMBER EVERY WEEK AND WHEN IT FINALLY GOT TO YOUR DESPATCH CENTER YOUR ADDRESS WAS NOT FOUND! THE PARCEL HAS NOW BEEN RETURNED TO MY HOME ADDRESS 4 MONTHS LATER! GIVE ME MY REFUND! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY YOU ARE! THIS EMAIL IS NOW GOING ON YOUR REVEIEW PAGE AND WILL BE REPEATED EVERY 24 HOURS UNTIL I RECIEVE MY REFUND

Ordered some items from Lotimena. When we received them they did not fit my wife. Applied to Lotimena to return the products. The reply was as follows;

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.

According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.

Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

If you still want to return the package, you should email us for a return label within 7 days, the aforementioned deadline.

My advice - Do not buy from Lotimena as you will have no return option. Maybe try Amazon!

These products do not look like the pictures, but at the end of the day they were cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. I will not be buying again

The clothes were good for price sizing good for me I had to wait but clothes are coming from Hong Kong. I expected to wait, all problems sorted out quickly and efficiently by Allison. Thank you

Wait time for delivery was excessive. Grey shorts were excellent. Dress torn down seam on back the 2nd time l wore it. Was not happy to have to repair it after such a short time. Poor quality.

Mixed messages. I couldn't have free delivery on my first order as I had already chosen discounted goods!
Not clear how to apply a code. The postage was more than my discounted order!

Quick and easy method of ordering, web-site simple to use. But picture misleading as to the material the garment was made from. Hence the disappointment.

The shopping experience itself was good, with plenty of choice, however, I would prefer if the cost of shipping was shown before payment for the product is made.

Your website is not easy to use, if you want to go back and find something, you cannot find it, the photos don't show the length and I'm guessing I have the correct colour

Im afraid it looked a great tea shirt on the website but I just put it in the bin. It was made of nylon! This is a a material that no clothing is ever made from..

Quick and easy to use. Thought the pricing was reasonable. The clothes looked as if they were of a good quality. Plenty of sizes to choose from. Colours were varied. Sizing was varied.

I'm disgusted with the VERY poor quality of some of the items - the photos show KNITTED garments, and they're extremely poor quality material - NOT KNITTED!

Easy to use and order from the website. A couple of the items I ordered did not look as good a quality as they did in the photo. Overall nice clothes and true to size.

A bit confusing working out free shipping and discount if I got the discount I was still charged for delivery worked out better value for free postage rather than writing wish in for discount

As the tops are being shipped from abroad they arrived in the time I would expect and the quality is good and they look the same as on the website. I am really pleased with them.

Ordering was simple, but wasn't aware of how long shipment would take, and sure I read delivery to UK would be 4-5 working days, it took nearly a month!

. I was happy with the speed of my order. It came with 2 separate delivery s but, both came quickly. On the whole I'm pleased with the good I ordered.

Not enough plus size, other wise great. So many lovely clothes, but as stated not enough plus sizes. Don't like postage costs so may not order again, my first order had free postage.

The items I received did not look like the items I ordered. The material was cheap and Ill fitted. The return costs are so expensive that I will never buy anything again
