Ordering was simple. I was kept up to date about the delivery and was able to track parcel's progress. Parcel arrived safely and I am pleased with the contents.

The first total altered once I pressed proceed to pay, it became several pounds more. It was really difficult to go back to the page with the original total.

Did not get the item I ordered but a different one. Very unhappy that I had to pay postage to send it back to China so decided to keep it.

I prefer to know the cost of shipping before I buy, not have to wait until I am at checkout. The dress I ordered was a bargain but the cost of shipping removed some of the pleasure.

I was very disappointed with the product. If I had known that the material was polyester I would not had ordered in the first place and the returns procedure is very complicated.

I was disappointed after waiting for about 2 weeks for the arrival of my shirt, it was of the flimsiest of material, the fit was poor. Nothing nice about it in any way

It said that if I subscribed to your emails that you would give me a 15% discount to my order, I subscribed but you didn't give me any discount, can you explain?

EVERY THING WAS OK BUT WHEN IT ARRIVED IT HAD THE WRONG CHARGER THE CHARGER WAS ONLY FOR A 21 V AND THE BATTERIES WERE 36 V AWAITING REPLY FROM SELLER IF IT WASN'T FOR THAT I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT 5 STARS

Site easy to use payment processed quickly - difficult to track order - order arrived JUST in time for birthday despite being ordered a month before - however the item was very good quality.

Finding how to communicate with Lotimena was difficult. I had to search the web to find the information. I ordered 3 items are have only received two.

The dresses were vibrant and flowy which is what I wanted. The shoes were a tight fit and a bit flimsy, but will be ok for a few wears in the sunshine.

Found a nice, VIBRANT FLUFFY MULTI COLOURED KNITTED top for my partner on their online advert for just less than £14, postage was almost 1/2 the cost of the top but was ok with that.
Took ages to turn up, and their tracking system was a waste time.
When I opened the parcel I thought I had received someone elses order.
It was T shirt material, not knitted, and just a very badly printed, out of focus version. The colours were dull and looked faded, like it had been in the shop window for years.
On top of that the neck/shoulder area had a hole where the sewing started and finished.
Emailed a complaint stating they had not sent me the item I had ordered and also had a fault and the reply was "I am responsible for the return cost to china" and then they will refund the cost of the item. 15 emails later, they still are expecting me to pay the return cost.
Total postage cost to me would be virtually the same price as the top. The top I received would go straight ino a charity bag.
Will not be using Lotimena or any of their associate brands again.

Good! This is my first order so need to wait for delivery before further comment. Am hoping the quality of the two items will meet expectations.

Item very difficult to return and offered 15% refund instead of return, then 25%, not sure this is in line with online shopping guidelines.

Fine. All went well and I liked the goods.It is always a bit of an unknown quantity, ordering from an unfamiliar site, but there were no problems.

These orders took an extremely long time to come. I`m not very happy with the items as they do not quite look like what was advertised.

Not as described - no curved neckline, no applique flowers, different fabric.
