Delivery on two tops were weeks apart. The tops themselves are lovely, and good quality. I wish that you could be informed about the delay without emailing them to ask when the goods were going to be delivered.

Very confusing website. Couldn't always find the basket so had to order again and then reduce the quantity. ENtered free shipping code for first order but there was no indication until later that this was going to be free. Not easy to find the shirt I wanted. I did not feel at all reassured that this was going to be a UK site, not a Chinese one. Payment also went awry-- after entering card details I was taken back to confirm order page which took me back to payment page.

There is lots of great items to choose from and I was very happy with my purchase when it arrived. The only downside was it took Lotimena over 2 weeks to dispatch it, once it had been dispatched it arrived relatively quickly. So my advise is to always add another week or two on to the estimated delivery time.

Lotimena is unethical. The item I received was made of substandard material, badly cut, poorly sewn and simply unwearable—nothing like the photo on the website. Delivery is unacceptably slow (from China); when I requested a refund was told they would give me 25% off. I sent the item back anyway (£8 for an envelope-sized parcel untracked) and am still waiting for my refund one month later. Kiss your money goodbye. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK if they blatantly misrepresent their merchandise and don't comply to distance-selling regulations for refunds. Shame on any online platform for supporting this company.

Reasonably easy to order. Returns "at your own expense" sounds reasonable, until you discover that the distribution centre to return to is in China! I ordered 2 dresses, which seemed very reasonably priced, ordered a size bigger than usual, in case they were small fitting, and they were still roughly 2 sizes too small. Material was ok, but fit was wierd, even allowing for undersizing, eg flat chest, big shoulders. Have given up on returns, decided to keep and give to charity shop and chalk it up to experience

Nothing I received looked anything like the clothes shown on the internet. Cheap and tatty clothing with material being completely different to the photos shown. Everything would be returned but I don't have a printer to get a return label printed. Very disappointing to have spent over £100 and the items are unwearable.

I was a bit worried after placing my order for 2 pairs of earrings as I started reading some customer reviews some of which were extremely negative. But for me I am pleased with my purchases which arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

My wife bought three items though PayPal from this company, the first had stain on the front contacted Lotimena immediately no response, the second item shoddy, the third never arrived. Claimed through PayPal for a refund on two items, they where has bad. I dealt with China for over twenty years, no trust no loyalty all they care about is the next buck. If you are thinking about buying from this company, burn your money and save the agro.

I ordered two items of the same size, one of which was far too small. I have found in the past that sizes vary from item to item, but this one must be at least 2 sizes too small. Will need to be returned. Very disappointing.

I thought the top looked good on the website but was very disappointed when it arrived. It didn't match up to the picture, not in colour or material. Had I known that the product was being shipped from China I would not have bought it because of the cost of returning it if there was something wrong with it. I did contact you pointing this out, but the information I received then, showing the Chinese address did not match what was shown on the website I saw when I bought the garment.

I ordered 2 tops on this site, and nothing like the ones on the website. The quality is awful, the size was wrong! I wrote numerous e-mails, but haven't got any reply! Customer service is awful. Guys, i don't recommend you to use this service

The product looks very different from the photos. I was disappointed. I thought I was getting a stylish long cotton top, but the material has a synthetic feel and looks like my granny's curtains, not the vibe off the photo at all.
That said, it came, it fits, it cannot be said to be that different from the photo, but in shape and feel, it is old-fashioned and I thought I was buying something different.
Unclear about shipping charges and no indication of origin of clothing

My order took too long to come.
I ordered six items all large. 4 fittings were perfect
Two was not to size. Trying to return the two was impossible and I felt cheated. I will never buy from Lotimena again.

You offered free shipping on first order but charged it anyway. I contacted you about this by email but you did not reply, just kept sending more emails hassling me to complete my order. I decided to buy the item anyway but why was I charged postage on my first order? This spoilt my shopping experience.

Lots of choice and good prices.
I ntsentshave a problem with the sizes. I am far from small. As far as I am aware I order Large or XL. My 3 garments are just sitting in wardrobe for when I lose 4 stone.!

I am very disappointed with the two items in my order and have been trying since I received them to return them but nobody will reply to my emails. Please send me the information I need to return them and send it to my son's email *******@gmail.com ASAP because I don't have a printer.

The sweater I bought was ok but looked nothing like the advertising photos! The neck shape was completely different as were the sleeves and the wool did not have the appearance of that in the advertising.
A disappointing purchase

There has been little or no notification of delivery of items and no request for signature.
The quality of the fabric and the finish of the materials has been more than a little disappointing.
No doubt, it has much to do with the fact that the goods are manufactured in China. Problems with sizing and description of material colour and fabric. Shame.

This is a con please be warned the shoes I received were cheap plastic gave them to charity disgrace please read reviews and dont purchese anything I have reported them to trade and standard who are watching them now

Good but I was under the impression shipping was free for first orders, but there was nowhere to enter the code. Was the shipping meant to be free or not?
I was disappointed with the jumper as the fabric did not look like it was in the picture. There should have been more pictures with different views and maybe one picture of the garment alone spread out on a table. There was no welt on either the sleeves or the bottom part. Normally the cuffs and the bottom part of a jumper are drawn in slightly which gives a better shape to it.
