Very good could spend a fortune but I will be back next month don't worry. Received my first item today and I'm very pleased with it. So good to have such a good choice of clothes and shoes especially in plus sizes. I'm so glad I discovered Lotimena as items are not just aimed at young people and prices are very reasonable. Very easy to spend lots of money on wonderful items for me and my family, Socks, t-shirts and a gorgeously soft and warm cardigan. Very happy with items received and surprised at speed of the delivery from Hong Kong. Recommend.

Got several different items and ordered different sizes but none fit well! I enquired about returning the goods only to be told the return address was in CHINA! The cost to return would be more than my order!
I will not be using this site again.

Eye catching graphics and easy to use purchase process.
Delivery has been spot on and products look good. They are a gift so the "proof of the pudding" will not be for a couple of weeks once items have been worn.

Very poor quality goods. Cheap materials and even the moonstone pendant was not a moonstone. I am only keeping one item and will be returning the order. Even the return process is not easy. My order came in 2 lots and the First pack did not have a slip detailing how to return the goods but the second pack that came a week later did. I went online and was unable to find my way around the site to get a return code.

Okay, the cardigan arrived today in good order. The colours were not quite as they seemed in the photo but they are bright and cheery and the garment has a pleasant ‘handknitted' look and feel. All in all, quite satisfied.

Ordered Two blouses to fit 18 uk size. They sent two blouses same size same item and charged me for one other blouse I did order also seems like size 14 would not fit me no way. Made of terrible cheap material you can see through no shape. I would say the clothes on show are made of totally different materials that's why people buy, they look good in pictures. I will not even bother sending back at their cost as others have said. So in the bin they will go. Won't buy from abroad again ever.

Great choice of style, colour, pattern, but alas sizing completely out, I ordered small and some of t-shirts were more like tunics. Quality of workmanship poor. One t- shirt arrived unfinished with raw edges and no hems.
Customer services not good. Despite following exact instructions I have yet to receive a full refund.
Returned goods over 3 weeks ago. My request for information ignored.

Terrible service, horrible quality, very late delivery, tracking in chinese or link doesn't work, customer services are misleading the client, or they don't speak english just copy/pate phrases... you'll literally throw a way money if you buy products from Lotimena.

Received a jumper which took an age to arrive - big hole in the back of it. Was also crumpled so clearly they sent out a returned item!
Supplied pictures and explained issue with absolutely no response at all!
Don't waste your money - shop elsewhere!

Ordered dress that looked gorgeous in photos, however what arrived was a sad caricature
Of the photos. The material was the worst, cheapest polyester (supposed to be cottonblend), the printing on it awful, I won't even give it to Charity, goes straight in the bin, since they do not accept returns. I was given a choice between getting 15% of the price back or sending the item back to China, me being responsible for postage and any custom charges this may incur. I would greatly caution anyone to buy from this company.

Too many pages of duplicate items - if multiple sellers of same item then list once and give sellers as a choice with the price they charge. Plus material descriptions are very very poor on clothing items - I would not have bought 3 of the 4 items I ordered if the description had been correct - - cotton usually seems to mean polyester, wool seems to mean polyester, silk seems to mean polyester - perhaps you can see a pattern here. Also do not expect there to be any stretch in material so you need at least 2 sizes above normal. T shirts seem to be the only item of clothing one can rely at all on.

The quality of the clothes is utter rubbish. Just cheap polyester with no shape. Nothing like the photos. Mine arrived quickly which suggests they have a Uk distribution centre. When I asked for a return label they offered a 15% discount to keep the clothes. The clothes must be returned to China! The customer pays return postage and customs fees. They don't make that clear on the website.
It's a scam. Avoid at all costs. Look at all the negative reviews.

Very poor. Package took along time to arrive. Ordered two items which when they arrived were nothing like those shown in advert. Both items were smaller than those ordered and very poor workmanship. One item had a large hole in it. Cost of returning items prohibitive. Will not be ordering from you again

Your checkout procedure is difficult to work through, especially not taking the discount for free postage off till final payment. Also not allowing free postage for 1st order if bulk discount is applied is misleading and unfair. Finally it is very difficult to put a UK village address into the delivery page so I hope the items get delivered ok. It has just taken me over 1/2 hour to checkout.

No place to put the code FREE for first order, or at least I didn't see it. Very annoyed at having to pay postage. Great design on top but material, quoted as cotton blend, had very little cotton in it so didn't feel good.

This is my 1st purchase with ur Company. I let u know when I receive my dresses I ordered 2 dresses one was too tight across chest other one not as photo disappointed can't send them bk fr refund so give them to charity
