I ordered products worth 7600/- in June 2016 and never received them. They promised to issue a refund, took all bank details but never gave me my money. They are the worst, customer service is pathetic. Wish i had read reviews before ordering

I never made a comment on any online shopping site, but now, I must give one due to the very bad experience I had with LookFantastic.fr.
1. I made another on 22/06, and was informed that the package could be delivered from 26-28/06. In 03/07, while the package was confirmed to be delivered on their courier service website, didn't receive my package. When I send a message to LF, I was told to wait until a month later to make a claim. First stupid thing!
2. Then, getting back on 22/06, I was told to confirm the address, which is another stupid things since this is not the first time I make an order from their site to be sent to that address. This seems that they try to create a long string of message and make you tired.
3. Then, I was required to sign in the form by handwriting. SInce i don't have printer at home, the CS staff said that he/she will send me a form by post. I waited until 2 weeks and no thing.
4. I must print the form by myself, send it to them, in the part "Items not receive", I wrote"The whole order", the they get back to me with this message "I am sorry. In the non disclaimer form items not received please write the names of the items you have not received. This is neccasary for further investigation. " Opssssss, do you have to be so rigit like that?
Of many years order goods online, I never had such a bad experience as this way with LookFantastic. When I found out this website, I intended to be their loyal customers since they offer some brands that I need. But... BYE NOW!

Great site

I was very scared after reading about all the terrible reviews but I had a great experience with LookFantastic. There is a great range of products and everything is much cheaper than other stores. My order arrived 2 and a half weeks after I had purchased it, which was 2 days after the estimated delivery time. This was still very satisfactory and I would definitely order from here again.

It seems like they dont even read all of our message, they get one part of it and don't reply to anything else. It's has been almost a month i've been trying to solve my problem and they tell me is to wait. SO $#*!ING STRESSFUL, DON'T SHOP HERE

Great Experience

I've ordered from LookFantastic twice in the past month and have been very impressed. As an expat living in Tokyo I cannot find Redken products anywhere, so I decided to try LookFantastic. Their prices are very reasonable, but I was worried about the shipping time to Tokyo. My first order arrived in 7 days, the second in 9 days (including weekends and holidays). Everything was packaged well, and there were no hidden custom charges or anything like that. I highly recommend giving them a try.

So I've ordered 2 items from the website, the price is good. But i waited for a month still have not receive my order. So I submitted the form. A week later only one has redispatched. So I chat with the customer service they agree to refund me the money of the item that they forgot to dispatch. I waited for another month, but the item has still not arrived. Uploaded another form and they agree to refund me the money. Almost for 3 months, waited and have not receive anyth but the exhausting process to explain the situation to the customer service person.
Think I will not shop there ever again

If I have to describe this company in two words the correct will be PROFESSIONAL DISLOYAL. I bought a black mask (24£), on lookfantastic web page you can find the table with the delivery cost, and for my country it could be 3.95 and it could be free for speding more than 20 EUROS, as I paid 24 POUND that it's much more than 20 the delivery cost MUST BE FREE but I paid 4.99 POUND instead of 0 EUROS.
The only professionalism that I could found is the ability to lie and talk about nothing.
When I sent an email to the costumer service I could prove that and moreover they are totally unable to do their job, and TOTALLY OUTLAW!

Do not order from them as they lie about next day delivery - it's a scam, you order then your order takes days and they say 'oh your order just missed the delivery' yeah yeah. Too many of these scam promises on online shopping. What a joke!

Do not order from this company! I ordered 3 items but only got one! When I pointed this out, Customer Service announced that the remaining goods were sent BUT I never got them and now I will not get my money back. According to this $#*! company, the goods that they have not sent must come back to them before any money can be paid back...

Please stay away from this website. This is SPAM. They don't deliver the product and just take your money. You have to keep on sending texts to get a refund. Horrible customer service and no physical address. This is SPAM.

SCAM

This company is a SCAM please stay away! I've placed an order last week and no one seems to know where it is or what's happening. They have refused to cancel it and issue a refund. Unfortunately, I haven't checked their reviews before placing the order but it's clear now that I'm not the only person who's been in this position.

I ordered a facial creme. Several days later received a text message that the item has been delivered. It was not! Asked the neighbor as well. Nothing has been delivered. Then contacted the look fantastic company. Had to fill in and scan non receipts of good disclaimer form. Then had another email, have to state the name of the item. This is not mentioned in the form. Obviously they are trying to wear the things away! There is no such complicated communication! Absolute scam! Stay away!

Literally the WORST online shopping experience ever! I regret that I've dealt with this company. Customer service is the biggest disappointment- representatives are rude and ignorant. I would recommend to stay away from this business, there are so many normal web sites to deal with.

Ordered Bayliss hot curlers in early December 2016 and it took over a month to receive, wondering why California to Florida took so long. I understood when the package arrived from England. Can you believe my hot curlers had an electric plug from the UK, which looked like it had to be plugged in a stove outlet or washing machine outlet. Because there was no mention of that issue on the website where I ordered the curlers, nor was the picture showing the plug, that package took me completely by surprise. I then called the number found on their site, which was once answered by a lady who transferred me to someone else in the UK, and the only thing they offered was a return mailing ticket, but no refund for this useless item in the US. I called my brother, an electrician, who said it would cost a fortune to try and get this plug changed for the type used in the US, so here I am stuck with a large 30 hot curler box, unused since it came in the mail in January 2017. What a crock! Wish the BBB was aware of this scam.

This company are liars and will never buy from them again! Took money from my account, but couldn't find my order! Asked to speak to a manager 10 mins later the rude woman came back and told me she found the order but my partner was giving my postcode wrong which I told her was a lie because I was sat with him and he gave my postcode correct! When I placed my order it said FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY! But when I clicked on next day delivery it added on delivery charge so I took it off and thought it added itself! For the man on the phone to tell me
You have to pay for next day delivery and then it gets refunded! To me that is NOT Free next day delivery! This company is deceiving and would not ever recommend buying from them! Tried telling me they couldn't find anything on there system to show I brought anything but they obviously had card details to take payments! There a scam! Wouldn't even rate them a one star

So this amazing company in the end is such a horrible people. I live in tenerife and made a subscription on a Beaty Box. I had a problem with the Taxes here which they were asking me to pay 17 euros for the delivery. But maybe it is not lookfantastic problem BUT the delivery was written FREE, so i assume they have to check it before writing that it is FREE.
After i texted them everything, asking for understanding and saying that i want to cancel the subscription because of unexpected tax. They didnt want to CANCEL, they didnt want to change the adress of delivery. Than later they said that they will REFUND the money whenever boxes are back to them. In the end the were for approx a month or more saying that they didnt deliver anything. And than i knew from the post offices here, that the boxes were sent to them long time ago nd delivered. And even one of the boxes they refused to get back. After i wrote to them everything in details. They said to me, that they r working with the 40 days refund policy, about which i never heard before.
