Absolutely the worst internet- based company I have ever dealt with. 1)I ordered the $499 Nuface Trinity Anniversary product that was to include all attachments, but they sent me the regular Trinity - no attachments. 2)no toll free number - have to use chat. Normally I am fine using chat, but 1st 2 agents would not speak with me because I did not recall that I registered via Facebook, and therefore, needed to give them my maiden name. They gave me no clues such as "if you used Facebook, consider what your name is on Facebook..." Luckily I remembered or wouldn't have been able to even contact anyone. 3) Courier never arrived on agreed upon date. Had to contact LF - they didn't contact me - that the courier needed more time 4) and this is my favorite... the courier did not show AGAIN. I contact LF - courier would not pick up bc they did not have the dimensions! I asked in my very first chat "can I return it in the box it came in?" Logic would tell them to contact their own shipping dept to get the box size. Avoid this company at all costs. If this is how they operate, most likely they have much more unethical things going on. I will be contacting Visa and Rakuten as well - anyone who will have real empathy.
Unfortunately I missed checking customer reviews before placing my order with Look Fantastic. I don't know what has happened to this company as I am pretty sure I have ordered products from them in the previous years, and the order was shipped very quickly from UK to my address in Holland. Not this time. Order placed - email sent next day by Look Fantastic confirming order despatch with a tracking number. The tracking information only shows that shipment has been made to the destination country. I am unable to find out any type of information to track the order once it has arrived. The order was placed at the beginning of January but not received and it's now the end of January. I tried ringing Look Fantastic but obtain a customer service recorded message, so you just keep hanging on the line costing more money. I have also sent emails. In the email confirmation receipt from Look Fantastic they promise to reply within 1 day. This also hasn't happened.
My word of advice to anyone thinking of placing an order with Look Fantastic is to save your money and look elsewhere.
This company appear to take money without shipping goods. Nothing other than a bunch of crooks!

DAISY on lookfantastic facebook tells me 'As it has now been over 40 days since your order was sent, we cannot trace this item and are unable to offer you a refund or replacement.'
I am out $75AUD, I have never received the items.
I require their complaints Management to refund me.
This company will NOT refund you for DEFECTIVE OR RANCID PRODUCTS! Order from some other company! They don't care about their customers AT ALL! I received a Sanctuary Gift Set that had rancid lotion and creams in it, and they told me to contact the company and they would NOT take the product back, which was just under $20.00! They are horrible!
It does not even worth any stars, TOTAL SCAM!
It says free Beauty Bag (worth £50) for an order that's over £50? BULL!
Before my order has been dispatched I got this email saying that the beauty bag will be dispatched separately with my items due to the low stock, after I got my order (which turned out to be disappointment after one another), another email came and said, oh sorry, we no longer have any more gift bag!
Seriously, I wished I had never shopped on this website, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

I order one thing from lookfantastic and received the wrong item, which I immediately sent back and requested refund. Instead of refund I got the item I ordered, which I already didnt need, because got it much faster from another site. So, I sent it back too. One months later after multiple messages I stil dont have my money. The worse service ever

This is a bad bad bad horrible website, from customer services to aftersales. I NEVER NEVER NEVER recommend buying from them whatsoever. They lied about shipping time, they lied about the product being in stock. Here is a simple reply from their customer service:
"I am really sorry that this has not yet been dispatched. American Crew Fiber (85g) is on special order for you with our supplier but at this time they are unable to give me a date for when they will have it back in stock."
An eCommerce website that DOES NOT know when the item will be in stock nor mention that it's not in stock while ordering, yet charged me for it. It took 17 days from the day I ordered until the time of this review, and the order is not yet shipped nor the CS is replying to my emails anymore. Total scam
This company are liars and will never buy from them again! Took money from my account, but couldn't find my order! Asked to speak to a manager 10 mins later the rude woman came back and told me she found the order but my partner was giving my postcode wrong which I told her was a lie because I was sat with him and he gave my postcode correct! When I placed my order it said FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY! But when I clicked on next day delivery it added on delivery charge so I took it off and thought it added itself! You have to pay for next day delivery and then it gets refunded! To me that is NOT Free next day delivery! This company is deceiving and would not ever recommend buying from them! Tried telling me they couldn't find anything on there system to show I brought anything but they obviously had card details to take payments! There a scam! Wouldn't even rate them a one star
I ordered stuff from the blackfriday sale, and there was a free gift if you spent over some amount. Ofc i ordered so i get the free brush set and i even got an order confirmation for the stuff and the free brush set. I didnt get the brushes and when i contacted they said that they were sold out. OK fine but why put it on my order confirmation if they dont even have it?!?! If i knew i would not have ordered over the 70 euros or whatever it was. And to make me feel better they gave me a -20% code, yes the same one they send you every week 'because they miss you' and the reality is that the code doesnt work on 90% of the stuff thats in there.
Placed an order in December and have yet to receive it. I was told it was shipped over 90 days ago but they cannot furnish a tracking number and refuse to refund my money. I have filed a complaint with Visa and various government agencies. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FORM THIS WEBSITE!
I am still waiting for 3 of my orders and have been contacted them more than 10 times now but the customer service is very bad.

I decided to order & saw it was 15% off for the first order & then I saw that if I signed up for their newsletter they were giving 20% off the first order. I signed up. I then discovered that NO code, either theirs of third party's worked. So FRAUDULENT, aquiring emails & customers under false promises. Will now be unsubscribing & buying elsewhere!
USELESS COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Just like the rest of the victims, I placed an order which never got delivered and I had to wait 30 days to lodge a complaint.
They promised refund after 30 days and can't even comply to send an email confirmation on the refund process although the customer service agent promised to send. And I kept getting vague response from them.
Order status has never changed since the time I ordered. No update on the delivery, refund or anything for that matter!
And upon reading some reviews, looks like I am not the only one who has fallen victim to this scam.
Terrible experience. Order made 7/3/11 today it's 8/22/11 and my order hasn't been sent yet. I've sent at least 10emails to the support service, they say that"part of the order is out of stock so this is holding the full order". Well, I decided to cancel this part "out of stock",(so the never ending order could be sent right? Wrong!) another e-mail, but NO ANSWERS, NO NEWS. I'm really fed up. I'VE NEVER NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY by buying on line. Not only I'll never buy there again, but I will also warn other customers not to fall into the trap of low prices free shipping as I did... just look at the result!
If I could rate them zero I would. I placed and paid for an order on the 30th November. I hadn't arrived by 14th December I went on live chat to be told this had been lost in the post. I had not been told. On the 14th December they were despatching a replacement. I had an email telling me on the 19th this still hadn't been despatched. Another replacement has been sent out, I am not hopeful this will ever be received. If you can't wait 2 months don't order from them. Absolutely useless!

I have ordered from this site many times and never had any issues until recently.
I placed an order which was quite expensive and unfortunately there was an error on my delivery address.
When I contacted customer services it had not yet been dispatched to the courier but I was told there was nothing look fantastic could do and that it was my responsibility to check the address before submitting my order.
I accept that, however i was offered no help whatsoever and the woman was absolutely useless. She then lied to me and told me that if I contacted royal mail they could edit the address and it could be sent to me.
The next day I did so. Look fantastic had proceeded to dispatch my order despite me informing them the address was wrong.
After being on hold to RM for about 10 minutes I was then informed by the royal mail customer services they had no power to change any delivery details and hopefully my item would not be successfully delivered and instead be returned.
I am fuming at how I have been dealt with as a customer. It was a genuine mistake and one i feel could have been easily resolved. Instead they were not interested in even providing me with courier details at first until I got quite annoyed and demanded to know this information. Know I just have to hope and wait that the items will be returned and I get a refund.
Absolute disgusting customer service and I will never order from here again. Utter disgrace.
