I purchased a size small bathing suit from LolliCouture and the bottoms were around the size of an extra large. I still really liked the top, which somehow fit despite me being a DD cup, but as soon as I went to wear it out I realized the clasps in the back didn't stay together.
LolliCouture must not want to stay in business because this bathing suit was the cheapest thing I've ever had the misfortune of buying. What makes matters worse is they won't let you return bathing suits without getting hit with a 50% restocking fee. Combine that with the cost of shipping and it's not even worth returning. This was a major waste of money and I will absolutely never shop here again.
Do not order from them! This company charges low prices for cheap goods from China, immediately charges you, then makes it not only impractical but IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund or return. The "customer service" is a joke. It's a SCAM! Stay away!
I ordered beginning of july and I still havent received a receipt or anything saying it has shipped. Glad I didn't spend too much on my item.
Ordered 3 maxi skirts and none of them fit properly. The fabric was see through and I was very unhappy with the purchase. I was told they do not do returns only for store credit. I didn't want to purchase anything else I wanted my money back. I ended up having to sell them locally for less then half of what I paid. It was a nightmare and I will never buy anything from this site again.
They are slow to respond to customer service emails. I am not used to working with a company that takes several days to respond. Normally I get a response in 24-48 hours max from other companies. Perhaps they need to hire some more people to keep up with emails. Additionally, their return policy is horrible. Please make sure you read it before making a purchase. If I had I would not have purchased from this company. If you use the 50-55% discount codes that are blatantly promoted on their website (and who wouldn't) then you can only get store credit for a return or exchange. Its a trap really in my opinion the way they are going about it. As far as product goes, I've been happy with some purchases and unhappy with others, so about average.

Bathing suit was not true to size at all. Tried to return and they charged me 30% of what I paid and did not get a refund & the bathing suit did not come in time took forever. Horrible
My experience was sort of bad i ordered a bathing suit on the 9th of July for the 20th & it still didnt came. & i payed for standard shipping which is supposed to be between 3-5 days. I deserve my money back for the shipping!
Ordered three items received one of the three, three weeks after ordering
Ordered a swimsuit they had no problem taking the money out of my account right away. Then after two weeks of not receiving my order I called. I was then told the vendor no longer made this product. The lady said she would put in a refund request and it would take place on Friday today is Monday. She then stated they only do refunds once a month. Then after asking when did they plan on contacting to let me know this info she could not answer. So after the refund take place this company will have had my money for three weeks. Yes unacceptable and
I was so excited to finally find the red heels I've been looking for and they were on sale for $8.99. I was able to save an additional 10-15% discount which was awesome. I was very satisfied with my whole experience. I will be ordering thru Lollicouture again. ☺
I placed an order two days ago, and I payed $20 extra for 2 air shipping. My friend did the same thing and she received an email the next day while I haven't received anything. I'm very disappointed because I was hoping to wear my bathing suits on Tuesday for raging waters and that is why I payed extra for the shipping.
I ordered on Sunday night and received my items by Wednesday. I was impressed with the quality of the product.

Easy and glitch free. Wish free shipping worked with the discounts but overall a good deal. It's my first time ordering from lollicouture so I hope the quality is good.
The customer service I received was very poor and I did not feel as though my business was valued. Furthermore, my order arrived late and the items were way too small to be medium-sized. Will never shop with this company again and will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

The site gave a code for 50% off purchase. I ordered a bathing suit for 24.99 and applied the code SS50OFF. The discount applied was only 11.25 which is 45% off and not the promised 50.
