My experience shopping was fine. I had no issues with the website, found lots of shoes in my size, and got to shop for some clothes too. I bought two pairs of shoes and a couple of clothing items.
The shoes look exactly like the pictures and were true to size. However, when I opened the boxes, the smell of plastic/rubber/? Was almost overwhelming. It took a day to get the smell out of that room. Other than that, I recommend taking a look :)

After all the bad reviews I read about this site, I quite feel some relief. My experience was quite good; Good communication with the customer service... each time I called somebody was available to provide me with information, All my emails where answered. The tracking number they gave me was a good one, I could track my package every single day until it reached my door. My order was complete with the exact sizes. As for the quality not too much complaints after all you get what you paid for. The last star I removed was because of shipping cost... according to me they are too high for items that are shipped inside USA. Thanks LolliCouture, will definitely order again, hoping I will be as lucky the next time.

This is my first time ordering Lolli Couture, Love all ur product, especially the swimsuit, love it, love it... Good costumer service, very helpful, except one slight mistake in my orders, I order all large swimsuit... I recieved one EXL, Now I have to try to send it back, dont even know how, hopefully I will do it right, and I will get send to me the large swimsuit, I really love that swimsuit, is just too big. But is okay, that happend sometimes, we all make mistake, I just hope I get it sooner, So I can wear it, But all is good I love ur product, love this store I wish u have Lolli Couture everywhere, or maybe at the mall, so we can just shop till we drop, So we dont have to order as much it gets expensive. Please dont forget to send my LG swimsuit, Love it

The biggest problem I have with your cite, is that every time I purchase through you guys, you always take a unfortunate amount of time "Processing the Order". After waiting nearly a week on on order I finally got in touch with one of your Reps, and they said that for each new customer it takes a certain amount of processing days etc. Except I am not a new customer and every time I order I have to go through some horrible run around after paying pretty much more then my order on shipping alone. I think you guys can speed that up in some way shape or form.
