Placed my order over a month ago and paid over $100 in shipping for 2nd day delivery. Received my shipment over a week later, and it was incomplete.

I had to contact LolliCouture to tell them that my order was incomplete. They responded several days later that they would send the rest of the order out immediately. 3 weeks later still haven't had the rest of my purchase delivered.

I have been given erroneous information time and time again.

Stay away!

When my order arrived it was missing a dress that I had ordered & purchased. My invoice/receipt stated that it was discontinued. My invoice read that I would be refunded for the discontinued item. 4 weeks have gone by & no refund. I have called your representatives twice. They both told me my refund would be processed on a Friday & in my account on Monday. Like I said, it's been 4 wks now. I won't be ordering g from your company ever again or recommending you to my friends. I want my refund for your error.

Whatever you do don't purchase anything from this dishonest company. I bought a skirt that had no elastic to hold it on to my waist and it was completely see through. I called customer service to return and I was met with hostility and told to take pictures and email the manager. Than after sending the email and sending a second one demanding a reply, they told me now I have to fill out a form. They I emailed again asking for status and they said my return was approved, however they wouldn't cover shipping (which cost more than the skirt) and said "we will compensate you some how." After several emails inquiring what somehow meant, I was finally told store credit. When you spend $20 on shipping to and from for a $10 store credit it isn't worth it and not fair, since their product was not as described. Thank goodness for PayPal reimbursing me the full amount, because of this shady company. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost!

Came across the site based on their prices. The pro is that along with the good quality of the merchandise, BUT, I won't be repurchasing because of the horrible customer service. They need new employees or something because everytime I called to mediate an issue, I was told a different thing, which delayed the process of getting it resolved. Took about 4 phonecalls every week to get the ball rolling on their end- and thag was just for a store credit!. Very displeased.

I came to this site in search for swimwear. I ordered 3 swimsuits (on in 2 different sizes so that I could send back the one that didn't fit). The quality of the swimwear was... shoddy. The swimsuit I ordered in 2 sizes was the perfect one, but I learned shortly after that I could not return swimwear, unless I wanted to be charged a 50% restocking fee (resulting in just giving away money). I was disappointed with the seams on 2 of the swimsuits and at the return policy.
