I ordered 5 pairs of shoes on July 17th. I only received four pair. I called to let them know and they saying all was sent to me and for me to send them information stating I received only 4. I felt they should already know. There attitude wasn't good about the situation at all. Can't understand the lady on the other line. Overall wasn't professional
I placed my order on Aug. 18th. It is now Aug. 20th and none of my items have shipped yet. Noone contacted me explaining why, so I'm just waiting anxiously.
I ordered an XL dress for my wedding. When I received the dress, it was not a typical XL so I sent it back. When I called to see how to send it back I was told I would have to request a RMA and would receive a refund. When I filled in my RMA I selected I wanted a refund. When the RMA was approved it showed I would get a refund. However, now the store only wants to give me an in-store credit, which is not acceptable as I live in VA not in CA. I am not going to continue to order dresses and pay to have them shipped back so I can continue to receive an in-store credit when I do not want another dress. I chose the dress I thought was going to be my wedding dress and was very disappointed in the end result. Now I am fighting to try to get my refund...
Unfortunately I was not able to wear what I ordered and tried to return it but nobody has gotten back to me till this day. It was just a waste of money.
Very disatisfied. My boots that I had ordered came to me and the material was ruined at the back and sides, looked like it had been peeled off or used.
Ive requested a new pair but noone has contacted me yet. I love these boots, and am very upset.
Looking for some help with this.

Not satisfied. Shipping cost was way to much. I didn't exactly receive the item in a timely matter in which the customer service representative stated. However, shoes are awesome!
I ordered 2nd day air and recieved times 2 weeks later. Super cute if I was shopping for a child. Ugh. Sent back but not hopeful for a refund... Seems pretty shady to me.
I ordered a ivory colored jumpsuit. It looked good on the website, but when I got it it was poorly made with cheap material. The heels were ok.
I absolutely love the bikini I ordered and I constantly get compliments on it!
2 weeks to ship my package. Most items on back order. Said they refunded out of stock items on receipt but never refunded. I called they stated all items were shipped and delivered but I never received half the items. Needed to return what did receive and was told to email for a RMA return # after a week of waiting and calling nothing. 40 minute waits on hold. I finally just sent everything back with a tracking number. I doubt I'll EVER see the refund.
Extremely mind settled with the results of accuracy as an updated address change...
I Received my item with a patch on the inside and customer service refused to offer me any valuable settlement because the blemish was on the inside. Would be a while before I do business with the company again. Very disappointed.
It appeared nice but was made with cheap fabric and ripped zipper. Not true to size. Runs 2 sizes smaller. Delivery long and horrible return policy

I have an xl top and l bottom. Would have been nice if I could have ordered the correct size of each piece of the swimsuit.
I ordered all large swimsuits and all 3 were different sizes compared to each other. On swim peice was so small that it could have been a childs size, it was rediculous its like they just picked up a swim suit and sent it to me. I would dispute it will paypal and say they sent the incorrect size but the swimsuit doesnt even have a tag in it. You can tell these were from china. I also requested a return online but of course i have heard nothing. Its been over a week.
