Swimsuit was so cute. Ordered a large, as I wear a size 8-10. Couldn't even get it over both knees and as I pulled it up all I heard was seams ripping. Needless to say I wasted $40. If you wear a size 4... a large is for you! Requested an RPM number as stated I needed to in order to return... received zero response. Too late to return now and I'm just out money. Won't be back.
I ordered three maxi dresses and I'm very pleased with my order. The price was great, shipping was fast and they look great on. I would definitely shop here again.

Found out that, they have "special order" items and even if it says they are in stick you have to wait 3 to 4 business days extra... I tried to cancel order by phone but agent wouldn't let me... never ordering from them ever again!

Could respond to emails alittle faster due to me having issues w/ the shipping, also the number in the email kept going straight to voicemsil the only number that worked was the one on the site. Once I got in contact w/ them they fixed my problem n shipped my swimsuit on time so I have no complaints
This company and their representatives HAVE NO CLUE how to handle Customer Service issues. What a bunch of buffoons. One Representative did everything he could to make excuses why he doesn't need to put forth effort to fix the problem. He just wanted me to go away."No I cant", "It must be your computer". I love their shoes but dealing with Customer service is right up there with sticking a needle in eye
I ordered my items on 8/9 and hadn't received any follow up until I called on 8/19. I finally received my package on 8/21. If I hadn't followed up, I probably wouldn't have known when I would get my packages.

Usually, I purchase swimsuits from Macy's and other well known department stores. Didn't know what to expect when placing my order but the swimsuits were sexy and fit well. Very satisfied with the swim wear, exactly what you see on the website is what you receive. I'll refer the website to others.
Very poor quality materials. Arrived broken. Underwire was poking out both sides of one of my swim tops. Sizes do not compare between products as well. Also I was never sent a confirmation email regarding shipping. Then once arrived, order was incomplete and BROKEN! Lesson learned.
It has been over a month since my order and have not heard nothing about my return I sent back because y'all sent the wrong size. Would like my refund back sometime this year please. Thanks

My experience was horrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone shopping from them. Their bathing suits are not true to size and they don't do any returns. It took them 4 weeks to refund me the bathing suits that were on back order and once they did, they didn't even refund me the full amount. Customer service was terrible. Wasn't happy at all.
I requested a refund label due to some item's being torn and see thru material not satisfied so I would like an exchange asap! And I haven't received an answer!
Site said all items in stock when ordered, I was shipped 5 of 9 items ordered and had to file a claim with Paypal to get a refund as the seller did not follow through with refunding any portion of my transaction. I would not waste my time trying to order from this site, I learned my lesson
Loved the price of the really cool high-heeled flowered sneakers. However the shipping price was really high and the shoes didn't arrive as quickly as I thought they would given the shipping cost. However, I am really pleased with the shoes! So I guess I'm pretty satisfied overall. I would like LolliCouture even better if the shipping costs were a little lower and/or the products arrived more quickly.
