This is my 3rd or 4th purchase with lollicouture. I love the designs and prices for the clothes and shoes. Also how everything is true to size. The only thing that disappointed me is the free gift with purchase I have selected lip gloss but I always get a flower or things I become confused then disappointed.
Not as easy as other online stores, my first and probably last purchase.
Clothes of poor quality, cheap in every sense :/ Wont try this again!
Store makes you believe that it is located in California and that items are in stock when in all actuality they order products from somewhere else (most likely China) and then send it to you. Received items way later than I was suppose to... lessen learned, so will never order from them again.
Sizes run very small. I got a large because I'm big up top but they fit like a small. Plus you can't return them
I order three pairs of shoes never received them, i contact customer service very rude and I didn't receive no help.

The website ordered me 2 of an item when I only wanted 1; didn't want either; there are no instructions to return goods. The bill of sale had no return info, but it did contain an annoying typo. This is somebody's garage business.
I used the sites size charge and ordered a bathing suit accordingly. When I received it I would have been lucky if I could have put it on one leg. I ended up having to buy another bathing suit in a rush for vacation because it had taken so long to receive the item initially. I would not recommend them.
Disappointed i never recieved My order And the site has the nerve to charge My credit card And now i am fighting the charges. Dont order Anything from this site they aré crooks!
Lets just say I sold my bathing suits and made my money back. I probably wouldn't order from here again. No help what so ever.
I ordered a swimsuit that was suppose to be an extra large and it came to me as a small and I haven't been able to wear it because of the size. I spoke with a representative and im not even able to exchange for a bigger size and I havent even worn it. So I just gave away over $35 bucks for something I can't even use. Also I ordered a pair of shoes and the color came in gold instead of champagne but other than that my products came at a very good timing. I would probably order again though because the prices are reasonable.
My bathing suit came very quickly and I loved the fit! I got a lot of compliments and it looked exactly like the picture. This site has very fashionable things for very reasonable prices. Will shop again!
I purchased 5 items for my wife. 4 of them did not fit, even though we had ordered the same items in different colors previously that fit fine. The RMA procedure on their website did not work, I emailed their customer service to inquire. They reset the website and I completed the RMA again... I never heard back from them. When I called them to see how to exchange the items, I was informed that my RMA was denied because 2 of the items were on sale. I asked about the other items that were not on sale and was told that I could no longer return them because now it had been over 30 days. Terrible service and return policy... stuck with $50 worth of items that do not fit... do not order from this website!
I expected something that was super small or cheap looking since the price was great. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it was a little sheer... nothing a slip wouldn't fix. I would buy here again.
The prices were nice, the company is in la, and it was shipped relatively quickly. But I wore the bathing suit I ordered literally once (which fit beautifully) and while taking it off the zipper broke and it ripped in half. I am not happy that I spent money to wear a cute bathing suit once.
Shoes are decent for the price. Had to a repair one or two of them when I got them. Shipping info is not updated in real time, told me my items were delivered but they didn't really arrive until a day later. But still really cute shoes.
I have no idea where my purchase is. The last time I checked it was still processing and it has been over 2 weeks.
This is a very beautiful swimsuit. Be advised the size runs small. Other than that I love it.
