I am very very pleased with my items! I will be ordering every month!
It has been one month and 5 days since I order the suit and paid for it, it has yet to have arrived,
I ordered a week ago and I received a phone call saying my order was on hold because my shipping and billing address were different. They were unsure if it was someone trying to use my credit card. They called me and confirmed it was actually me and everything was supposedly taken care of. I still have not received a shipping email or tracking number.
I will not be ordering from this site ever again! From surley customer service reps to no communication regarding the order from the system site to not receiving my purchases. They won't catch me again. Shoppers, beware!
I like the dress I ordered but for 69 dollars definitely seems overpriced once I received and saw garment in person. Will not order again.
The clothes are very cheap material, and shipping cost was very high. The swim suits are two sizes smaller then what they have one there size chart. I'm a true medium and I ordered a medium and when they came in it looked like an ex small. I went my the models and size chart, that wasn't correct. They say the models are a D cup and I'm a C cup and my boobs didn't fit. Never again.
I was very dissatisfied with my purchase. The garment did not look or fit anything like the photo. I would like a refund asap.
My order was never shipped when it said it would be. When I called, I was told it was a "special order" and it would be shipped later, which was never indicated to me when I made the order. I asked for the order to be cancelled and I emailed a letter to customer service requesting for my order to be cancelled as I needed the item for a specific day. I was then sent an email stating it was shipped, however it still took way too long to receive. I will never order from you again.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I bought 6 bathing suits from here, and the quality is awful! I ordered mediums and the sizes differ, I mean one of the tops wouldn't have even fit my 9 year old! The return policy is horrible they told me I couldn't even return them and then said I could but for a $50 restocking fee! WHAT!? I am truly amazed this place is in business!
Orders are processed very fast and the quality of the items are amazing. I'll continue to use Lollicouture as our favorite store.

It was the first time I had ever ordered from you all. I was not sure what to expect from the products, their overall quality was very pleasing. I was very satisfied with my entire order even though one of my item was not available, ( it was refunded), I will be making more orders in the future.
I sent my shoes back first class and wrote a letter saying I did and no reply back or anything!
Based on the sizing I always order a size up and items still don't fit it will say they have stretch and items have very little stretch to them

Ordered swimsuits and the sizing was off when I went to return them I was told they could only be returned with a large restocking fee and I would only get the remaining amount as store credit.
Clothes runs a little small... BUT great customer service, cute clothes; exactly as described. Will buy again, I will just pay a little more attention to material and sizing so that its not too tight
I ordered a pair of gold platform gladiator 6 in open toed heels but the part where the toes are open are just too wide bc your foot slides all the way through the shoe... I spent more money on soles to keep you from sliding through heels and that didn't work. The guy that sold me the soles said it's definitely the shoes, their made way too wide for any ladies foot. They had to be a recall from a store!... long story short, waste of money!
Terrible service! Sizes were all different when I contacted them about it all I got were cold and unyielding comments. I never got the "free shipping" offer because of a small print bull$#*! of you can't use an offer code and you can't have so many clearance items. Seams a bit shady to me. I'm sure it cost me a lot to mail back and return plus I saw that they may have a restocking fee. Total rip off! I will never shop there again!
